This study will evaluate the use of a mobile application in improving the patient-reported health outcome measures (PROMIS) for patients diagnosed with advanced stage ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer. The application will incorporate clinical data from the patient's medical chart as well as capture patient-reported outcome measures on an ongoing basis to better inform physicians and the care team so that necessary interventions may be implemented. The purpose of the study is to determine the recurrence rates and survival of patients with clinical T1-2N0 ER+/Her2- invasive breast cancer who have biopsy proven image detected nodal disease treated with upfront lumpectomy or mastectomy with TAD followed by adjuvant therapy. This is a first-in-human study of KK2269. Part 1 and Part 2 will be conducted as a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized, dose-escalation study. Participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors for which no standard therapy is available will be enrolled in Part 1. In Part 1, the primary objective is to assess the safety and tolerability of KK2269. In Part 2, only participants with gastric adenocarcinoma, GEJ adenocarcinoma, esophageal adenocarcinoma, or NSCLC who have experienced at least one systemic therapy will be enrolled. In Part 2, the primary objective is to assess the safety and tolerability of KK2269 in combination with docetaxel and to determine the recommended dose(s) and dose interval(s) of KK2269 in combination with docetaxel for subsequent studies. This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects and effectiveness of radioembolization with yttrium-90 (Y-90) in patients with early stage renal cell carcinoma. Y-90 is a radioactive chemical that is incorporated into millions of very tiny glass spheres. These spheres are injected into the artery that feeds the cancer. This process is called radioembolization. Y-90 radioembolization may be a safe and effective treatment for patients with early stage renal cell carcinoma. Read Less

This is a prospective, open-label, multi-center seamless phase II to phase III randomized clinical trial designed to compare SST with or without PET-directed local therapy in improving the castration-resistant prostate cancer-free survival (CRPC-free survival) for Veterans with oligometastatic prostate cancer. This trial evaluates how well a new therapeutic device works in managing trismus in patients who received radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. Radiation therapy is a common form of treatment in patients with head and neck cancers. However, changes to surrounding tissue following radiation therapy may lead to trismus, an inability to open the mouth fully. This can create significant functional impairment leading to malnutrition due to impaired chewing, risk of dental infections due to impaired oral hygiene, difficulty with speech, and decreased health-related quality of life. Exercise therapy is the mainstay of treatment for post-radiation trismus to help improve mobility and flexibility and increase range of mouth opening. This new device is non-invasive and is similar to other jaw stretching devices where a mouthpiece is placed between the teeth and a hand-lever is used to spread open the upper and lower jaw. However, it will also have additional sensors to measure pressure exerted by the hands and jaw as well as the distance to open the mouth which could help guide therapy. This study may help doctors customize a device to patient-specific needs, provide real-time feedback, and encourage compliance for trismus exercise therapy. Read Less

This is a phase 2 pragmatic study that evaluates the clinical benefit of continuing systemic therapy with the addition of locally ablative therapies for oligo-progressive solid tumors as the primary objective. Asymptomatic men without pain due to prostate cancer progressing with metastatic CRPC after treatment with combination or sequential ADT + Abi will be treated on a randomized, open label study to determine if sequential treatment with high dose T and Enza will improve primary and secondary objectives vs. continuous Enza as standard therapy.
