The goal of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the feasibility of bladder transplantation in patients with terminal bladder diseases who would benefit from a new bladder or a combined kidney and bladder transplant. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is human bladder transplantation feasible and safe? * How will the new bladder function in terms of storage and emptying? BOLD-100 is an intravenously administered sterile solution containing the ruthenium-based small molecule. BOLD-100 has been shown to preferentially decrease the expression of GRP78 in tumour cells and ER stressed cells when compared to normal cells. This clinical trial explores and implements methods to improve informed decision making (IDM) regarding precision oncology tests amongst veterans with prostate cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Precision oncology, the use of germline genetic testing and tumor-based molecular assays to inform cancer care, has become an important aspect of evidence-based care for men with advanced prostate cancer. Veterans with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer may not be carrying out IDM due to unmet decisional needs. An informed decision is a choice based on complete and accurate information. The information gained from this study will help researchers develop a decision support intervention (DSI) and implement the intervention. A DSI may serve as a valuable tool to reduce ongoing racial disparities in genetic testing and encourage enrollment to precision oncology trials. Read Less

This is a Phase 1/2A, open label, multicenter, nonrandomized, multiple dose, safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study of PF-07220060 administered as a single agent and then in combination with endocrine therapy. The study consists of two parts and a China and Japan monotherapy cohort. Part 1 includes dose escalation cohorts evaluating PF-07220060 as single agent or in combination with endocrine therapy or enzalutamide, as well as a food effect cohort and a DDI cohort Part 2 includes dose expansion cohorts evaluating PF-07220060 in combination with endocrine therapy or enzalutamide. In Part 1A, single escalating doses of PF-07220060 alone will be administered to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and select the recommended dose for expansion In Part 1B and Part 1C, PF-07220060 will be administered in combination with 1 of 2 endocrine therapies (letrozole and fulvestrant, respectively).
