This phase II trial evaluates manual lymphatic drainage breast massage for reducing treatment-related side effects in women undergoing radiation therapy after breast conserving surgery for breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized). Breast conserving surgery can be an effective treatment option for early stage breast cancer, but it can also be associated with side effects including fluid collection in tissues/swelling (lymphedema), pain, reduced quality of life, and poorer body image. Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique used to reduce swelling. It may be a safe and effective way to reduce treatment-related side effects in women receiving radiation therapy after surgery for localized breast cancer. Read Less

The objective of this study is to see if providing an appropriate therapy based on the genomic testing of prostate tumour tissue will result in an improved clinical response. Each participant will be treated with 8 weeks of a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist (LHRHa) plus apalutamide (APA) while genome sequence characterization is being done. Participants with biopsy specimens deemed unevaluable for genomic testing will remain on LHRHa plus APA for an additional 16 weeks. Participants with evaluable tissue will be assigned to one of the open-label sub-studies on the basis of genomic profiling results. Within each group, they will be randomized to a specific treatment arm either LHRHa plus APA alone or adding abiraterone acetate and prednisone, docetaxel or niraparib. This clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of focal ablation with either focal cryotherapy or high intensity frequency ultrasound for the treatment of men with localized prostate cancer. Focal cryotherapy kills tumor cells by freezing them. High intensity frequency ultrasound uses highly focused ultrasound waves to produce heat and destroy tumor cells. Read Less

The goal of this observational study is to validate a non-invasive, urine-based diagnostic technology for the detection and differentiation of various gastrointestinal (GI) diseases. This research study intends to enroll participants across a range of demographics and GI disease states including colorectal cancer, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Crohn\'s disease, and Celiac disease, collect urine samples and clinical data, and use artificial intelligence and machine learning to build disease-specific models which can identify and differentiate a participants' specific GI disease. This phase I trial evaluates the safety and effectiveness of in situ immunomodulation with CDX-301, radiotherapy, CDX-1140 and Poly-ICLC (Cohort A) and these with intravenous (IV) pembrolizumab and subcutaneous (SC) tocilizumab (Cohort B) in treating patients with unresectable and measurable metastatic melanoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), Merkel cell carcinoma, high-grade bone and soft tissue sarcoma or HER2/neu(-) breast cancer. CDX-301 may induce cross-presenting dendritic cells, master regulators in the immune system. Radiation therapy uses high energy to kill tumor cells and release antigens that may be picked up, processed and presented by cross-presenting dendritic cells. CDX-1140 and Poly-ICLC may activate tumor antigen-loaded,cross-presenting dendritic cells, and generate tumor-specific T lymphocytes, a type of immune cells, that can search out and attack cancers. The investigators are conducting this research study is to evaluate the feasibility (recruitment, compliance, safety, and acceptance) of using electroacupuncture (EA) to manage complex symptoms such as pain, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, and insomnia in patients who have undergone Cytoreductive Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy. Additionally, the investigators are aiming to determine the effectiveness of EA in reducing these symptoms, and to examine how EA impacts important biomarkers, or proteins in the blood, that can be used as indicators or signs of these symptoms. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of camu camu when used in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Camu camu is a prebiotic that may have a beneficial effect on the immune system. Giving camu camu in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab may kill more tumor cells than nivolumab and ipilimumab alone in patients with metastatic kidney cancer. Read Less
