This trial tests if the combination of comprehensive metastasis directed therapy delivered by a precision form of external beam radiotherapy (stereotactic ablative radiotherapy), combined with PSMA targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy and cessation of castration, and then followed by testosterone replacement, is an effective treatment for metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. All patients will be treated with stereotactic ablative radiotherapy and PSMA targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy with cessation of castration. This phase I trial studies the side effects of pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC) in treating patients with ovarian, uterine, appendiceal, stomach (gastric), or colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdominal cavity (peritoneal carcinomatosis). Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, doxorubicin, oxaliplatin, leucovorin, fluorouracil, mitomycin, and irinotecan, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. PIPAC is a minimally invasive procedure that involves the administration of intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The study device consists of a nebulizer (a device that turns liquids into a fine mist), which is connected to a high-pressure injector, and inserted into the abdomen (part of the body that contains the digestive organs) during a laparoscopic procedure (a surgery using small incisions to introduce air and to insert a camera and other instruments in the abdominal cavity for diagnosis and/or to perform routine surgical procedures). Pressurization of the liquid chemotherapy through the study device results in aerosolization (a fine mist or spray) of the chemotherapy intra-abdominally (into the abdomen). Giving chemotherapy through PIPAC may reduce the amount of chemotherapy needed to achieve acceptable drug concentration, and therefore potentially reduces side effects and toxicities. Read Less

This study will evaluate the use of a mobile application in improving the patient-reported health outcome measures (PROMIS) for patients diagnosed with advanced stage ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer. This study looks to advance a novel and potent strategy to eliminate minimal residual disease (MRD) in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) present even after multimodal treatment, thereby improving survival and increasing cure rate in this aggressive cancer. Patients with locally advanced TNBC are at high risk of developing lethal metastatic disease within 2 years of diagnosis, especially for those without a pathologic complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as leucovorin, fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This Study is designed to test an investigational product (IP) called LSTA1 (Study drug). LSTA1 is a drug designed to improve the delivery of anti-cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy. Improved delivery of chemotherapy may result in improved anti-cancer effects when given with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in patients with peritoneal metastases. Eligible patients will be treated with the combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab. A cycle equals 21 days and therapy will continue until radiographic progression, intolerable toxicity, or patient/physician wishes to discontinue protocol therapy. A maximum of 35 cycles may be administered. On Day 1, when both pembrolizumab and lenvatinib are administered, patients should take the lenvatinib per their normal routine. Read Less

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related mortality. Lung cancer screening (LCS) with low dose computed tomography (LDCT) decreases mortality rate of lung cancer by 20%. Yet many patients who are eligible for lung cancer screening are still falling through the cracks which prevents patients the ability to detect lung cancer early. This study will test the effect of a a multi-level intervention on ordering LDCT within 6 months after patient enrollment. Our proposed intervention includes (1) Primary care provider notifications of patients' LCS eligibility; (2) patients' education ; (3) patients' referral to financial navigation resources; and (4) patients' reminder to discuss LCS during PCP visit.
