Prospective, multi-center, open label, non-randomized clinical trial to assess efficacy of [18F]FAPI-74 to detect FAP expressing cells in patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, gastric, pancreatic and colorectal cancer. The [18F]FAPI-74 PET scan will be acquired in patients with proven GI cancers after initial staging using institutional standard methods. The PET scan results will be compared to FAP immunohistochemistry (as the primary objective) and histopathology (as the secondary objective) of the biopsied or resected tissues. Read Less

This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1184 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of three study medicines (encorafenib, cetuximab, and pembrolizumab) given together for the treatment of colorectal cancer that: is metastatic (spread to other parts of the body); has the condition of genetic hypermutability (tendency to mutation) or impaired DNA mismatch repair (MMR) has a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and; has not received prior treatment. All participants in this study will receive pembrolizumab at the study clinic as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein) at the study clinic. In addition, half of the participants will take encorafenib by mouth at home every day and cetuximab by IV infusion at the study clinic. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200301 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200301 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have. This phase Ib trial evaluates the best dose, potential benefits, and/or side effects of erdafitinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin in treating patients with bladder cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and possesses genetic alterations in FGFR2/3 genes. Erdafitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal FGFR protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and may kill them. Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Giving erdafitinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin may shrink or stabilize metastatic bladder cancer with alterations in FGFR 2/3 genes. Read Less
