The National Liver Cancer Screening Trial is an adaptive randomized phase IV Trial comparing ultrasound-based versus biomarker-based screening in 5500 patients with cirrhosis from any etiology or patients with chronic hepatitis B infection. Eligible patients will be randomized in a 1:1 fashion to Arm A using semi-annual ultrasound and AFP-based screening or Arm B using semi-annual screening using GALAD alone. Randomization will be stratified by sex, enrolling site, Child Pugh class (A vs. B), and HCC etiology (viral vs. non-viral). Patients will be recruited from 15 sites (mix of tertiary care and large community health systems) over a 3-year period, and the primary endpoint of the phase IV trial, reduction in late-stage HCC, will be assessed after 5.5 years. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine if telisotuzumab vedotin works better than docetaxel and to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC who have previously been treated. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of Teliso-V or Docetax at an 1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin or IV infusion of docetaxel. Approximately 698 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in approximately 300 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin every 2 weeks or docetaxel every 3 weeks until meeting study drug discontinuation criteria. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. TARGET-HCC is a longitudinal, observational study of patients being managed for HCC in usual clinical practice. This is an open-label, multi-center, multi-cohort, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of selected HER2-expressing tumors. This study will consist of Part 1 which includes 7 cohorts of: urothelial bladder cancer, biliary tract cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and rare tumors; and Part 2 which includes 5 cohorts A to E of: A) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 3+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), B) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 2+/ISH+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), C) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ endometrial cancer, D) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ ovarian cancer, and E) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ cervical cancer.
