The study has 2 parts, Phase 1a and Phase 1b. The goal of Phase 1a is to gather safety, PK and initial efficacy data for 225Ac-ABD147 to better understand best doses for patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the lung following platinum-based chemotherapy. An initial group of patients will also be given an experimental imaging agent called 111In-ABD147 to help understand where ABD147 goes in the body. The goal of Phase 1b is to gather additional safety and efficacy data on 225Ac-ABD147 to determine the best dose and to understand how those doses affect the same types of patients' cancers explored enrolled in Phase 1a. The Hispanic/Latinx community (hereafter Hispanic) is the country's second-largest racial/ethnic group, accounting for 19.1% of the total population. However, they remain one of the most underserved populations with suboptimal access to healthcare and screening services due to low income, lack of health insurance, perceived discrimination, language barriers, and limited health literacy. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related mortality with 1.8 million annual deaths worldwide, with Hispanic patients known to have lower survival rates compared with non-Hispanic whites. Lung cancer screening (LCS) with low dose computed tomography (LDCT) decreases this mortality rate of lung cancer by 20%. Yet many Latinx patients who are eligible for lung cancer screening are still falling through the cracks which prevents patients the ability to detect lung cancer early. This study will test and compare the effect of a multi-level intervention on ordering LDCT within 4 months after patient enrollment to those in an Enhanced Usual Care. Our proposed intervention includes: * Primary care provider notifications of patients' LCS eligibility; * Patients' education; * Patients' referral to financial navigation resources; * Patients' reminder to discuss LCS during primary care provider (PCP) visit. This phase III trial studies how well carvedilol works in preventing cardiac toxicity in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)-2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. A beta-blocker, such as carvedilol, is used to treat heart failure and high blood pressure, and it may prevent the heart from side effects of chemotherapy. Read Less

The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population. This study will enroll patients with colorectal cancer that is locally advanced or metastatic. The tumor must be microsatellite stable (MSS), have a tumor mutational burden that is high (TMB-H) and be kras mutated. Patients must have been treated with available approved treatments already. In this study the investigators are testing a new type of immunotherapy, the potent IL-1 inhibitor isunakinra to be added to already approved immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) in an attempt to get this treatment to work in this treatment resistant type of tumor. This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Using markers to prompt when scans should be ordered may be as good as the usual approach to monitoring disease. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan (mFOLFIRINOX) to modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX) for the treatment of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic HER2 negative esophageal, gastroesophageal junction, and gastric adenocarcinoma. The usual approach for patients is treatment with FOLFOX chemotherapy. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Fluorouracil stops cells from making DNA and it may kill tumor cells. Leucovorin is used with fluorouracil to enhance the effects of the drug. Oxaliplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Some patients also receive an immunotherapy drug, nivolumab, in addition to FOLFOX chemotherapy. Immunotherapy may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Irinotecan blocks certain enzymes needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill tumor cells. Adding irinotecan to the FOLFOX regimen could shrink the cancer and extend the life of patients with advanced gastroesophageal cancers. Read Less

This is a Phase 2 study designed to determine the preliminary anti-tumor activity and confirm the safety of VV1 in combination with cemiplimab. This phase II trial studies how well olaparib works in treating patients with bladder cancer and other genitourinary tumors with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)-repair defects that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic) and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Read Less
