More than 80% of childhood cancer survivors develop serious or life-threatening late effects after cancer therapy, but <20% receive recommended survivorship care offered at cancer center survivorship clinics. In a shared care model, the investigators propose to investigate an innovative multi-level intervention consisting of: 1) patient survivorship education via telehealth with the cancer center, 2) ongoing patient-tailored education program within the electronic health record patient portal, 3) a structured interactive phone communication between the cancer center and the primary care clinic, and 4) an in-person visit with the primary care clinic for survivorship care with the goal of achieving high rates of adherence to recommended surveillance for late effects, as well as improving patient and physician knowledge and self-efficacy. If this scalable intervention demonstrates patient completion of recommended care comparable to cancer center survivorship clinics, this innovative study has the enormous potential to deliver recommended care to a larger proportion of childhood cancer survivors and reduce survivorship care disparities, while engaging p to integrate survivorship care as part of overall, lifelong health maintenance. The goal of this prospective observational study is to compare pain control strategies in children with femur fractures. Researchers will compare ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment nerve block to IV pain control alone. The main questions it aims to answer are: Are ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment nerve blocks as effective as IV pain control in controlling pain? Do patients who receive an ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment nerve block require less opioid pain medication than those that don't? Participants will be asked to provide pain scores during their Emergency Department stay. The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of KVA12123 alone or combined with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors. The main questions this study aims to answer are: What is the safety of KVA12123 when administered alone and in combination with pembrolizumab to advanced cancer patients? What is an appropriate dose of KVA12123 to administer alone and in combination with pembrolizumab to advanced cancer patients in future clinical trials? Participants in this trial will be asked to: Visit the clinical site every 1 - 2 weeks. Receive KVA12123 every 2 weeks alone or in combination with pembrolizumab every 6 weeks. Provide blood samples to evaluate drug levels in blood, drug safety and to explore the effects of each drug on the immune system. Undergo scans every 6 weeks to test the effect of treatment on cancer progression. This study is conducted to compare the safety and effectiveness of a novel short 6-week regimen of daily rifapentine (6wP, experimental arm) with a comparator arm of 12-16 weeks of rifamycin-based treatment (standard of care, control arm) of latent M. tuberculosis infection (LTBI). This trial is conducted among persons who are at increased risk of progression to tuberculosis (TB) and require treatment of LTBI. The study will be conducted in low, medium and high TB incidence settings that have treatment of LTBI as their standard of care and offer 12-16 week rifamycin-based therapy as standard of care. The hypothesis of this study is that the safety and effectiveness of the experimental treatment (6wP arm) is non-inferior to a comparator arm of 12-16 weeks of rifamycin-based treatment of LTBI (control arm). Participants are enrolled and randomly assigned to one of the two study arms: experimental 6wP or control. The comparator (control) arm's treatment regimens include 12 weeks of once-weekly isoniazid (INH) and rifapentine (3HP), 12 weeks of daily INH and rifampin (3HR), and 16 weeks of daily rifampin (4R). A total of 560 participants per arm (1,120 total) for the evaluation of safety and 1,700 participants per arm (3,400 total) for the evaluation of effectiveness will be enrolled, given treatment as per randomization assignment, and followed for 24 months from the date of enrollment. After completion of data collection, statistical analyses will be conducted to compare proportions of drug discontinuation due to adverse drug reaction (ADR) and proportions of newly diagnosed tuberculosis between 6wP and control arm. The primary purpose of this study is the determine whether a 15 minute Mindfulness Meditation (MM) administered at the preoperative appointment prior to primary unilateral total joint arthroplasty (TJA) results in any improvement in Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, a validated metric for sleep quality, at 2, 6 or 12 weeks post-operatively. This phase II trial studies how well lower-dose chemotherapy plus radiation (chemoradiation) therapy works in comparison to standard-dose chemoradiation in treating patients with early-stage anal cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as mitomycin, fluorouracil, and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving chemotherapy with radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells. This study may help doctors find out if lower-dose chemoradiation is as effective and has fewer side effects than standard-dose chemoradiation, which is the usual approach for treatment of this cancer type. This phase III trial compares the combination of four drugs (daratumumab, bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone) to the use of a three drug combination (daratumumab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone). Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Daratumumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Anti-inflammatory drugs, such as dexamethasone lower the body's immune response and are used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. Adding bortezomib to daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone may be more effective in shrinking the cancer or preventing it from returning, compared to continuing on daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone. This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving rituximab with or without stem cell transplant may work better in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma. Read Less

This phase II trial investigates how well biomarkers on PET/CT imaging drive early discontinuation of anti-PD-1 therapy in patients with stage IIIB-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Anti-PD-1 therapy has become a standard therapy option for patients with unresectable melanoma. This trial is being done to determine if doctors can safely shorten the use of standard of care anti-PD1 therapy for melanoma by using biomarkers seen on PET/CT imaging and tumor biopsy. Read Less
