Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an immune-mediated disease associated with inflammation of multiple organ systems. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult participants with moderately to severely active SLE. Adverse events and change in the disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondylarthritis and is being developed for the treatment of SLE. This study is "double-blinded", which means that neither the trial participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given placebo (does not contain treatment drug) . This study comprised of 4 sub studies. In Study 1 and Study 2, study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Eligible participants from Study 1 and Study 2 will enter Study 3 at week 52 to receive specific doses of upadacitinib. Study 4 is a 104-week continued extension if participation is likely to provide a benefit to their SLE. Approximately 500 participants diagnosed with SLE will be enrolled in each of the Study 1 and Study 2 in approximately 320 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral tablets of upadacitinib or matching placebo once daily for 52 weeks in Study 1 and Study 2. Eligible participants from Study 1 and Study 2 will receive oral tablets of upadacitinib once daily for 52 weeks in Study 3. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of ALN-APP on measures of CAA disease progression and to characterize the safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamics (PD) of ALN-APP in adult patients with sporadic CAA (sCAA) and Dutch-type CAA (D-CAA). The study will be conducted over 2 periods: a 24-month double-blind treatment period and an optional 18-month open-label extension (OLE) period. This phase II/III trial compares the effect of immunotherapy with atezolizumab in combination with standard chemotherapy with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide versus standard therapy alone for the treatment of poorly differentiated extrapulmonary (originated outside the lung) neuroendocrine cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). The other aim of this trial is to compare using atezolizumab just at the beginning of treatment versus continuing it beyond the initial treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cisplatin and carboplatin are in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds that work by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill cancer cells. Giving atezolizumab in combination with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide may work better in treating patients with poorly differentiated extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer compared to standard therapy with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide alone. This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. Another separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent venetoclax. This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multinational, multicenter, parallel-group, Phase 3, 2-arm, study will investigate the efficacy and safety of belumosudil compared with placebo, both administered on top of azithromycin and standard-of-care regimen of immunosuppression in male or female participants at least 1 year after bilateral lung transplant, who are at least 18 years of age and who have evidence of progressive CLAD despite azithromycin therapy. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 31 weeks for participants not entering the open-label extension (OLE) period and up to 57 weeks for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. The treatment duration will be up to 26 weeks for participants not entering the OLE period and up to 52 weeks for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. The number of visits will be up to 10 visits for participants not entering the OLE period and up to 16 visits for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE.
