Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of chronic total occlusions (CTOs) is increasingly being performed in patients with advanced coronary artery disease, but there is limited information on the techniques utilized and the procedural outcomes. The goal of this multicenter, investigator initiated registry is to collect information on treatment strategies and outcomes of consecutive patients undergoing CTO PCI among various participating centers. The information collected will be used to determine the frequency of CTO PCI performed at the participating sites and examine the procedural strategies utilized, and the procedural (both immediate and during follow-up) outcomes. This is a multicenter, open-label study conducted in two phases: Phase 1 consisting of a CGX1321 Single Agent Dose Escalation Phase in solid tumors, CGX1321 Single Agent Dose Expansion Phase in GI tumors and Roll-over Cohort of CGX1321 and pembrolizumab in subjects who have progressed on single agent CGX1321 and Phase 1b consisting of CGX1321 in combination with pembrolizumab in colorectal tumors and CGX1321 in combination with encorafenib + cetuximab in BRAFV600E mutated colorectal tumors. The overall goal of the DISCOVERY study is to better understand what factors contribute to changes in cognitive (i.e., thinking and memory) abilities in patients who experienced a stroke. The purpose of the study is to help doctors identify patients at risk for dementia (decline in memory, thinking and other mental abilities that significantly affects daily functioning) after their stroke so that future treatments may be developed to improve outcomes in stroke patients. For this study, a "stroke" is defined as either (1) an acute ischemic stroke (AIS, or blood clot in the brain), (2) an intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH, or bleeding in the brain), (3) or an aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH, or bleeding around the brain caused by an abnormal bulge in a blood vessel that bursts). The investigators hypothesize that: The size, type and location of the stroke play an important role in recovery of thinking and memory abilities after stroke, and pre-existing indicators of brain health further determine the extent of this recovery. Specific stroke events occurring in individuals with underlying genetic or biological risk factors can cause further declines in brain heath, leading to changes in thinking and memory abilities after stroke. Studying thinking and memory alongside brain imaging and blood samples in patients who have had a stroke allows for earlier identification of declining brain health and development of individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes in the future. An open-label, phase I, multi-center study to determine in relapsed/refractory (r/r) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients the recommended dose of CYAD-02 after a non-myeloablative preconditioning chemotherapy followed by a potential CYAD-02 consolidation cycle for non-progressive patient. A maximum of 27 r/r AML/MDS patients will be evaluated in this study in case of no dose limiting toxicity (DLT) and no replacement of patients. Read Less

The PHA Registry (PHAR) is a national study about people who have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). PHAR collects information from people with PAH and CTEPH who are cared for in participating PHA-accredited Pulmonary Hypertension Care Centers throughout the U.S. PHAR will determine how people with PAH and CTEPH are evaluated, tested, and treated, and will observe how well these participants do. The goal is to see if people with PH are treated according to recommended guidelines, and to see if there are certain factors that can lead to better or worse outcomes. PHAR will include information about people with PAH and CTEPH in the U.S. who are seen at participating PHA-accredited PH Care Centers. PHAR contains data about patient care and outcomes. Specifically, data in the PHAR includes information on diagnosis; clinical status; socioeconomic status; diagnosis test results; body size; treatment information; interest in participating in clinical trials; family health and social history; and information about smoking, alcohol, or drug use. Participants are followed over time, and provide updates such as changes in therapy, how often participants need to go to the hospital, and survival. A protocol was developed to improve pregnancy results after IVM compared to results from studies in the literature. Differences from most published protocols include the use of the Steiner-Tan needle to optimize oocyte environment during oocyte retrieval, use of oral medications and very low doses of FSH, and delayed embryo transfer during subsequent warmed cryo-preserved embryo transfer.
