The primary objective of this study is to evaluate a potential behavioral intervention (MED-Go app). To meet this objective, the researchers will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial to test the feasibility and acceptability of MED-Go app in adolescents and young adults (AYA) with sickle cell disease (SCD). Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. The primary aim is to test whether abatacept, as compared to placebo, is associated with a reduction in major adverse cardiac events (MACE) among participants hospitalized with myocarditis secondary to an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). Background: There is a high prevalence of chronic pain in the US, with nearly half of adults experiencing chronic pain. Chronic pain is associated with impaired mobility, specifically ambulation. Treatment for chronic knee pain is complex given that pain is not only due to peripheral sources, but also due to alterations of the central nervous system (CNS). Majority of physical therapy (PT) interventions involve a bottom-up approach targeting the peripheral pain sources and many patients (\~66%) do not respond to this treatment approach. Noninvasive brain stimulation techniques such as transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a novel and promising option for a top-down intervention that can have neuromodulatory effects on the CNS and may better target central factors associated with chronic pain. Purpose: To determine if tDCS delivered to the primary motor cortex in conjunction with individualized PT will result in greater improvements in pain and function compared to sham tDCS with individualized PT in individuals with chronic knee pain. Methods: This study will be performed at outpatient PT clinics at the University of Illinois Hospital. Eligible participants will include patients with chronic knee pain (duration \> 3 months) who have not undergone surgery to this area and are scheduled to receive formal PT intervention. Subjects will be randomized to the active tDCS + PT group or sham tDCS + PT group and will receive the intervention for 8 sessions. Outcomes include pain ratings, pressure pain thresholds, patient specific functional scale, lower extremity functional scale, quadriceps strength, knee range of motion, 2-minute walk test, 5 time sit to stand, patient health questionnaire-2, and Central Sensitization Inventory. Impact: The use of adjuvant therapies such as tDCS have the potential to optimize rehabilitation treatment for individuals with chronic pain by offering a more comprehensive treatment that targets peripheral and central sources of pain. HCC resection candidates with inadequate future liver remnant will be enrolled in this study. They will be treated with Y90 radioembolization to help grow the liver enough to undergo liver resection. There will be 2 Patient Groups. The first group of patients will be treated with Y90 dose and embolic load as per standard-of-care. The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness of 6-weeks of reactive balance training (REACT) with and without neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) to paretic lower limb muscles on biomechanical, clinical, neuromuscular and neuroplastic outcomes of reactive balance control. This project is a Phase-I study and incorporates a double-blinded, randomized controlled trial design. Methods: Forty-six individuals with chronic stroke will be recruited and screened for determining their eligibility for the study. Once enrolled, they will be randomized into either of the two groups: intervention group (23 participants) and control group (23 participants). Both groups will undergo series of pre-training assessments which includes a postural disturbance in the form of a slip- or trip-like perturbations and walking tests in laboratory environment. After the pre-training assessment, individuals will undergo 6-weeks of training (2 hour per session, 2 sessions per week). The intervention group will receive NMES with the REACT training and the control group will receive ShamNMES. NMES will be applied to the different muscle groups of the paretic lower limb using an advanced software which is able to synchronize muscle activation with the time of perturbation onset and according to the phases of gait. After training, both groups will again be tested on all the assessments performed pre training. This study will help us understand the immediate therapeutic and mechanistic effects of REACT+NMES and inform stroke rehabilitation research and clinical practice. Our study will provide foundational evidence for future use of NMES to implement clinically applicable neuromodulation adjuvants to reactive balance training, which could be leveraged for designing more effective future interventions for fall-risk reduction. The investigators propose using an electronic adherence device that is basically a pill container that can alert when it is not opened at a scheduled time. The investigators will use this device to alert the medication user at the time when medication is supposed to be taken if the device did not get opened and a pre-identified social support person or case manager when 2 or 7 consecutive days of nonadherence are detected, respectively. The investigators call our approach "A-Team" (Antiretroviral Therapy Electronic Adherence Monitoring). The aims of this application are to determine the acceptability and feasibility of real-time adherence monitoring in support persons and case managers of African American Men who have sex with Men and to test this approach for these men in a 6-month randomized controlled trial among 54 of these men living with HIV and measure ART adherence and viral suppression (the primary outcome). This study investigates the relationship between the noradrenergic (NA) system, sleep quality, and cognitive function in older adults with insomnia - a population at elevated risk for Alzheimer's disease-related dementias (ADRD) - compared to age and sex matched controls with normal sleep. The study characterizes NA function through multiple approaches: measuring 24-hour plasma levels of norepinephrine (NE) and its brain metabolite 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG); evaluating central NA system response using the clonidine suppression test (a presynaptic α2 adrenoreceptor agonist that reduces locus coeruleus NA activity; and employing pupillometry as a non-invasive marker of autonomic function. To explore NA function's mechanistic role in insomnia, the study uses an intervention with bright light exposure to enhance daytime NA activity, with the goal of improving both sleep quality and cognitive performance.
