Hormonal contraceptives are medications that require a prescription, traditionally from a physician or advanced practice provider. Over the past decade, pharmacists have gained the authority to prescribe contraceptives in many states, allowing patients to access these medications directly in pharmacies without first seeing another healthcare provider. The Pharmacist Resource to Implement Services as Modules (PRISM) is an Electronic Health Record platform designed to streamline workflows and provide clinical decision support, making it easier and safer to deliver clinical services in community pharmacies. This pilot study will evaluate patient-reported outcomes for women receiving contraceptive services from pharmacists using the PRISM platform at five community pharmacies across the United States over a 12-week period. The study will assess the quality of care, contraception continuation and failure rates, side effect rates, preventative healthcare utilization, and overall patient experience with pharmacy contraceptive services. Many people in the US suffer from chronic pain. Often times, individuals who have chronic pain also feel depressed, anxious, or hopeless, which can worsen pain. Psychologists, therefore, have developed several treatments to help people with chronic pain. These psychological treatments differ. The most common treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for chronic pain, which helps patients better manage pain through changing thoughts and behaviors. Two newer, less common psychological therapies are Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotion Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET). These therapies emphasize that chronic pain is mainly due to plastic processes of over-sensitization in the brain and nervous system, and that psychotherapies can significantly reduce or eliminate pain. Although similar, PRT and EAET stress different aspects of treatment. PRT emphasizes that one's fear of pain and bodily injury maintains the brain's sense of threat, thereby also maintaining the pain response; EAET emphasizes that one's conditioned psychological state of stress and tension maintains a sense of threat, thereby maintaining the pain response. These three treatments have yet to be compared; it is unclear which psychological processes are most important to treating chronic pain. There is growing interest in single-session psychotherapy interventions. Studies have shown that just a single session of CBT or EAET can help individuals reduce their pain. PRT has yet to be condensed to a single-session intervention. This study will compare a single session of CBT, PRT, and EAET with a no-treatment control group to test whether 1) one treatment outperforms the others, and 2) different mechanisms/ approaches matter to chronic pain treatment. QUELIMMUNE is FDA-approved under an HDE for the treatment of pediatric patients (weight ≥10kg and age ≤22 years) with AKI due to sepsis or a septic condition on antibiotic therapy and requiring RRT. Adult subjects with mild to moderate and moderate ED who meet the study eligibility criteria will be enrolled in the study. The enrolled subjects will be randomized by a 1:1 ratio to receive the Active or Sham VERTICA® treatment. Baseline assessments will include collection of demographic data, medical history, concomitant medications and baseline clinical examinations. The initial treatment session will be performed in a clinical setting simulating home use to determine proper device use and to evaluate device tolerability, followed by continued home use of the device for a total of 6 months. Patients will be instructed to attempt sexual activity periodically over the course of the study. Every time a sexual intercourse is attempted, the patient will be requested to complete an event log using validated assessments. The goal of this clinical study is to learn if RSLV-132 improves the symptoms of SS in adults. It will also learn about the safety of RSLV-132. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does RSLV-132 improve the cardinal symptoms of Sjogren's including fatigue, dryness and pain? * Does RSLV-132 improve the tiredness/fatigue caused by Sjogren's? * What are the blood levels of RSLV-132 over time? * What is the immune (antibody) response in the body to RSLV-132? * What is the safety profile of RSLV-132? Researchers will compare RSLV-132 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if RSLV-132 improves the symptoms of pSS. This is a small, exploratory study that will investigate using an artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR), digital wellness application (app) to deliver a mental health support session in outpatient and hospitalized patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and co-existing symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety or depression. The purpose of this study is to explore if a mental health support session using the app is feasible, safe, and acceptable to IBD patients and whether it could possibly help with physical and comorbid psychological symptoms of these patients.
