The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the DG1 spectacle lens for myopia progression control in children. * To assess if the DG1 lens will slow the progression of myopia through an adjusted mean difference (e.g., age and baseline SER) of approximately 0.75D in cycloplegic spherical equivalent autorefraction refractive error compared to single-vision (SV) spectacles over the study period. * To assess if DG1 lens will slow the progression of myopia through an adjusted mean difference (e.g., age and baseline SER) of approximately 0.3mm in axial elongation compared to SV over the study period. The clinical trial will compare DG1 spectacle lens to single vision spectacle lens. Participants will wear spectacle lenses and return for visits at regularly scheduled intervals through a 36-month follow up visit. All subjects who complete the 36-month visit will continue in the study for an additional 12 months for the rebound evaluation. Read Less

This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN5668. Participants will receive additional investigational drugs in combination with REGN5668. These additional drugs include cemiplimab or REGN4018 (with or without sarilumab). The main purposes of this study are to: * Learn about the safety and profile of any side effects from the study drugs and to determine the highest, safe dose that can be given to participants with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * Look for signs that the study drugs can treat ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 (Escalation) to find the highest, safe dose of the study drug(s). The purpose of Part 2 (Expansion) is to use the doses chosen in Part 1. Participants with cancer of the uterus will only participate in Part 2. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * Side effects that may be experienced by participants taking REGN5668 alone and/or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN4018 * How REGN5668 works in the body either alone and/or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN4018 * How much of the study drugs (REGN5668, cemiplimab, REGN4018) are in the blood * To see if REGN5668 in combination with cemiplimab or REGN4018 works to treat cancer * To find out how safe, tolerable, and effective in mitigating Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) sarilumab pretreatment is when given before REGN4018 Read Less

The central hypothesis of ROMA:Women is that the use of multiple arterial grafting (MAG) will improve clinical outcomes and quality of life (QOL) compared to single arterial grfating (SAG). The specific aims of ROMA:Women are: Aim 1: Determine the impact of MAG vs SAG on major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events in women undergoing coronary artery bypass grfating (CABG). The investigators will compare major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (death, stroke, non-procedural myocardial infarction, repeat revascularization, and hospital readmission for acute coronary syndrome or heart failure) in a cohort of 2,000 women randomized 1:1 to MAG or SAG (690 from the parent ROMA trial + 1,310 from ROMA:Women). Differences by important clinical and surgical subgroups (patients younger or older than 70 years, diabetics, racial and ethnic minorities, on vs off pump CABG, type of arterial grafts used) will also be evaluated. The women enrolled in the ongoing ROMA trial (anticipated to be approximately 690) will be included in ROMA:Women, increasing efficiency and reducing enrollment time. Hypothesis 1.0. MAG will reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events. Hypothesis 1.1. The improvement with MAG will be consistent across key subgroups. Aim 2: Determine the impact of MAG vs SAG on generic and disease-specific QOL, physical and mental health symptoms in women undergoing CABG. The investigators will compare generic (SF-12, EQ-5D) and disease-specific (Seattle Angina Questionnaire) QOL and physical and mental health symptoms (PROMIS-29) in a sub-cohort of 500 women randomized 1:1 to MAG or SAG (including those enrolled in ROMA:QOL). Differences by important subgroups (as defined above) will also be evaluated. Hypothesis 2.0. MAG will improve generic and disease-specific QOL compared to SAG. Hypothesis 2.1. The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with tofacitinib in adults with moderate and severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Another aim is to learn about treatment with Vedolizumab alone after the double treatment. All participants will receive vedolizumab together with tofacitinib for 8 weeks and will be checked for response. Participants who show a response to the treatment after 8 weeks will be treated with vedolizumab alone for an additional 44 weeks. This phase II trial studies the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Read Less
