Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a type of arthritis that happens when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells and tissues causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling. Symptoms can get worse and go away for periods of time. PsA that begins before a patient's 16th birthday is called juvenile PsA (jPsA).This study will evaluate how safe risankizumab is for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis and to assess change in disease symptoms. Risankizumab is being studied for the treatment of jPsA and adalimumab is approved for the treatment of jPsA. Participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants will be assigned to receive adalimumab. Approximately 40 juvenile participants with jPsA will be enrolled at approximately 30 sites worldwide. Participants will receive risankizumab and adalimumab as subcutaneous (SC) injections based on body weight. At the start of Period 1, participants are randomized to receive risankizumab or adalimumab for 24 weeks. Participants who respond to the study treatment received in Period 1, will continue to receive the same treatment in Period 2 for another 100 weeks. Those with worsening jPsA symptoms in Period 2 will be withdrawn from the study. Participants who receive adalimumab are followed for safety for 70 days after the last study treatment. Participants who receive risankizumab are followed for 140 days after the last study treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is an open label study to treat dominantly inherited Alzheimer's disease (DIAD) mutation carrier participants from the DIAN-TU-001 gantenerumab Open Label Extension (OLE) period with lecanemab to determine the effects of amyloid removal on age of onset and clinical progression compared to external controls, if amyloid plaque as measured by amyloid PET can be fully removed in DIAD, and the effects of amyloid removal on biomarkers of disease progression. The purpose of this research study is to test the study drug, referred to as remternetug, to determine its effectiveness for the study treatment of asymptomatic (at risk) Alzheimer disease in individuals with AD-causing mutations. This study will also investigate the effects of remternetug on biomarkers (measures of the disease including brain scans, blood and spinal fluid tests), examine safety data to identify any potential benefits or risks, and examine how well participants can tolerate remternetug. Stage 1 will determine if treatment with the study drug prevents or reverses amyloid beta (Aβ) accumulation compared with placebo in participants with dominantly inherited Alzheimer's disease (DIAD). The purpose of this study is to measure the difference in time to developing or worsening memory, thinking, or functional problems due to Alzheimer's disease occurring in participants receiving study drug compared to placebo. Participation could last up to 255 weeks including screening, a double-blind treatment period, and a double-blind observation period. In addition, eligible participants who receive placebo during the double-blind treatment period may choose to extend their study participation to receive open-label remternetug in an extension period. This is a prospective, open-label, multi-center seamless phase II to phase III randomized clinical trial designed to compare SST with or without PET-directed local therapy in improving the castration-resistant prostate cancer-free survival (CRPC-free survival) for Veterans with oligometastatic prostate cancer. The goal of this clinical trial is to pilot-test a modified version of telehealth-delivered Memory and Attention Adaption Training (MAAT) that is tailored to young adult childhood cancer survivors (ages 18-39; MAAT-YS) with cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI). MAAT-YS consists of 8 weekly visits (45-minutes in duration) and participants use a survivor workbook and complete homework between visits. Participants in this single-group pilot trial (N=9) will complete online self-report measures of cognitive symptoms, quality of life, treatment satisfaction and a brief online neuropsychological test battery at baseline and post-MAAT-YS timepoints. This study is researching an investigational drug, ALN-HSD called "study drug". This study is focused on participants who are known to have metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). MASH is a form of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). MASH occurs when fat builds up in liver cells, damaging them, and making the liver inflamed and stiff from fibrosis (scar tissue). MASH can progress to cirrhosis (long term scarring) and liver failure (when the liver cannot perform its job). The aim of the study is to see the effect of the study drug on lessening liver scarring side effects related to MASH. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How ALN-HSD works to improve liver function and lessen MASH-related inflammation in the liver * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drug * How much study drug and study drug metabolites (byproduct of the body breaking down the study drug) are in the blood at different times * Better understanding of the study drug and MASH Read Less

This is an open-label, prospective, observational, post-market, uncontrolled, multi-center study intended to evaluate the safety and clinical performance of the FITBONE Transport and Lengthening Nail when used according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use. The FITBONE Transport \& Lengthening Nail is a variant of the FITBONE TAA Nail, which has been commercially available in the US since 2017. The clinical performance and safety of the medical device have been assessed based on mechanical and biomechanical tests and clinical data obtained from scientific publications on equivalent products. This study intends to prospectively obtain clinical safety and performance data on the device, as used according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use, in the real-world clinical setting. The data obtained from this study will also be used to provide additional clinical evidence to support product registrations, as required by various regulatory bodies outside the US. Eligible participants will have been selected by their physician to be treated with the FITBONE Transport and Lengthening System as part of treatment for their condition or injury. All procedures will be according to the physician's standard care practices. There are no study-specific procedures or requirements for participants in this study. Read Less
