The purpose of this trial is to test different doses of the trial medicine (LEO 138559) at treating moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in adults. There will be 4 different doses, that will also be compared to a placebo (a dummy medicine that doesn't contain the active ingredient of LEO 138559). Each participant will be randomly assigned to one of the 4 doses of LEO 138559 or placebo. In all arms, injections of placebo may be used to mask the different doses. The trial will last up to 36 weeks, including a screening/washout period (up to 4 weeks), a treatment period (16 weeks), and a follow up period (16 weeks). The participants will visit the clinic 17 times. For the first 4 weeks of the treatment period, participants will visit the clinic every week. For the next 12 weeks of the treatment period, participants will visit the clinic every 2 weeks. For the 16 week follow up period, participants will visit the clinic every 4 weeks. The treatments will be given to the participants by staff at the clinic. They are given as an injection just under the skin. At each visit the doctor will check the participants atopic dermatitis and if they have had any side effects. The main aim of this study is to check for side effects and tolerability of TAK-186 (also known as MVC-101) in adults with unremovable advanced or metastatic cancer. Another aim is to characterize and evaluate the activity of TAK-186 (MVC-101). Participants may receive treatment throughout the study for a maximum of 13 months and will be followed up at 30 days and 90 days and then every 12 weeks for up to 48 weeks after the last treatment. The main goal of this clinical study is to test how CYP2B6 genetic variations and efavirenz (cornerstone in HIV-1 therapy) dictate the disposition (PK) of CYP2B6 substrate (methadone) and PK and effect (PD) of CYP1A2 substrate (tizanidine). Specifically, the investigators will test whether efavirenz produces CYP2B6 genotype dependent unanticipated DDIs with CYP2B6 (methadone) and CYP1A2 (tizanidine), leading to lack of efficacy or increased toxicity. Healthy volunteers genotyped for CYP2B6*6 and *18 alleles will be grouped in to three genotype predicted phenotype groups: 20 normal metabolizer (NM) (CYP2B6*1/*1); 20 intermediate metabolizer (IM) (*1/*6, or *1/*18); and 20 poor metabolizer (PM) (*6/*6, *6/*18 or *18/*18). Each phenotype group will receive methadone and tizanidine (separated by a washout period) on two occasions: at baseline (control) and after treatment with efavirenz (600 mg/day for 17 days). This study is open to adults with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours. The study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of BI 764532 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate when taken alone. 2 different doses of BI 764532 are tested in this study. Another purpose is to check whether BI 764532 can make tumours shrink. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule (DLL3/CD3 bispecific) that may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group gets dose 1 of BI 764532 and the other group gets dose 2 of BI 764532. Participants get BI 764532 infusions into a vein when starting treatment. If there is benefit for the participants and if they can tolerate it, the treatment is given up to the maximum duration of the study. During this time, participants visit the study site regularly. The total number of visits depends on how they respond to and tolerate the treatment. The first study visits include an over-night stay to monitor participants' safety. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine if telisotuzumab vedotin works better than docetaxel and to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC who have previously been treated. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of Teliso-V or Docetax at an 1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin or IV infusion of docetaxel. Approximately 698 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in approximately 250 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin every 2 weeks or docetaxel every 3 weeks until meeting study drug discontinuation criteria. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is open to adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with HS. People who have previously taken specific medicines such as immunosuppressive biologics other than Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors cannot take part. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are divided into 4 groups of almost equal size. 3 groups get different doses of spesolimab, 1 group gets placebo. All participants get injections into a vein or under the skin. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections, but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. In the beginning, participants get the study medicine every week and later every 2 weeks. After 4 months, participants in the placebo group switch to spesolimab treatment. In Part 2, participants are divided into 2 groups. One group gets a suitable dose of spesolimab that was found in Part 1 of the study. The other group gets placebo. After 4 months, participants in the placebo group switch to spesolimab treatment. Participants join only one of the two parts. They are in the study for about 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site in the beginning every week and later every 2 weeks. Some of the visits can be done at the participant's home instead of the study site. The doctors regularly check participants' HS symptoms. The results are compared between the groups to see whether spesolimab works. The doctors also regularly check participants' general health and take note of any unwanted effects. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug, when used in combination with chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that have not been treated before (called "previously untreated"), have come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or have not responded to treatment (called "refractory"). This study will be made up of Part 1a, Part 1b, and Part 2.The aim of Part 1a and Part 1b of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab and chemotherapy, the current standard of care treatment approved for Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: What side effects may happen from taking the study drug when combined with chemotherapy How much study drug is in your blood at different times Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) The impact from the study drug on your quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities Read Less
