Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. This study will compare lutikizumab versus placebo for the treatment of adult and adolescent participants with the signs and symptoms of moderate to severe HS . Lutikizumab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. During Period 1 of the study, participants will placed in 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 1280 adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS will be enrolled in the study at approximately 275 sites world wide. During Period 2, participants that were part of the lutikizumab treatment arm in Period 1 will be re-randomized to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. Participants that were part of the Placebo arm in Period 1 will start Period 2 with an initiation of lutikizumab followed by a re-randomization to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. In Period 1, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In Period 2, participants that were randomized to lutikizumab in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week or every other week for 36-weeks. Participants that were randomized to the placebo arm in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week for 16 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 20 weeks. Period 3 is the Long Term Extentsion (LTE) and through Week 68, participants will continue to receive lutikizumab SC using the same assigned dosing regimen from the end of Period 2 for 16 weeks followed by open-label lutikizumab EOW for 140 weeks. Participants in the US that complete Periods 1 \& 2 will have the option to enroll in a 156-week open-label Sub-Study that will assess the long term safety and efficacy of lutikizumab in a prefilled pen. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Participants in this study have a genetic mutation, specifically in the coagulation (blood clotting) Factor 9 gene that causes severe or moderately severe hemophilia B. This study is researching an experimental gene insertion therapy (the adding of a gene into your DNA) called REGV131-LNP1265, also called the "study drug". Gene insertion therapy aims to teach the body how to produce clotting factor long-term, without the need for factor replacement therapy. The main aim of this study is to find a safe and well-tolerated dose of the study drug by checking the side effects that may happen from taking it. The study is looking at several other research questions including: * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against parts of the study drug, which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects. Antibodies are proteins produced by the body's immune system in response to a foreign substance * Whether the body makes antibodies against the clotting factor replacement therapy * How quality of life is affected by hemophilia B and if it changes after taking study drug * How joint health is affected by hemophilia B and if it changes after taking study drug * How often visits are required for the emergency room, urgent care center, physician's office, hospital, telephone or online are required as a result of bleeding events, and if the frequency changes after taking study drug * How often factor replacement therapy is needed, both on a regular basis for prevention of bleeding, and as needed to treat bleeding events (and it if changes after taking study drug) * Whether there is a difference in 2 different methods for measuring Factor 9 activity in the blood Read Less

This system is comprised of a catheter, cable, balloon, and generator and has received FDA approval in the United States. The purpose of this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study is to determine the efficacy of frexalimab in delaying the disability progression and the safety up to 36 months double-blind administration of study intervention compared to placebo in male and female participants with nrSPMS (aged 18 to 60 years at the time of enrollment). Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective risankizumab subcutaneous (SC) induction treatment is in treating moderately to severely active CD in adult participants. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with CD. This study comprises of a Period A, a Period B, and a Period C. In Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups to receive either risankizumab SC Dose A or Placebo. In Period B, based on response, participants will receive risankizumab SC Dose B or Placebo. Participants who do not have improvement in CD symptoms at Week 12 will receive risankizumab SC Dose C and participants with worsening CD symptoms in period B will receive risankizumab SC. In Period C, eligible participants will receive open-label risankizumab SC Dose D. Approximately 276 adult participants with a diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites globally. Participants will receive SC induction treatment of risankizumab or matching placebo for up to 24 weeks in Period A and B followed by an open-label risankizumab extension in Period C for 52 weeks.
