The goal of this study is to compare the cost and clinical outcomes for two temporary dressings (Allograft and PermeaDerm) used in patients that need a skin graft to heal their wound. The researchers will review cost and other treatment results including how well both temporary dressings attach to the skin, how prepared the wound bed is to receive a skin graft, how long it takes for the skin to be ready to receive a skin graft, how well the skin graft takes and any complications. Patients will first have the temporary dressing applied to their wound, then a few days later, a skin graft will be performed. Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO). The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA who have not previously been treated with biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * A confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or * A confirmed liver disease called metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) * BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more or * 25 kg/m2 or more if the participant is Asian. People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with NASH or MASH improve their liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. All participants regularly receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 4 and a half years. During this time, they visit the study site or have a remote visit by video call every 2, 4 or 6 weeks for about a 1 year and 5 months. After this time participants visit the trial site or have a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight is regularly measured. At some visits the liver parameters are measured using different imaging methods. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). The main aim is to see whether spesolimab leads to closure of PG ulcers. This study is open to adults with ulcerative PG with at least 1 ulcer that measures between 5 cm\^2 to 80 cm\^2 in size. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are put into groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets spesolimab and the other group gets placebo. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections, but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has a 2 in 3 chance of getting spesolimab. For the first 8 weeks, participants also take corticosteroid medicine by mouth. In Part 2, participants are put into groups again. Participants without open ulcers have an equal chance of getting spesolimab or placebo. Participants with open skin ulcers will get spesolimab. In both parts, participants receive spesolimab or placebo as an infusion into a vein every 4 weeks. Participants are in the study for about 1.5 years. During this time, they visit the study site 20 times. At study visits, doctors check the participant's skin for signs of PG. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The results of the groups are compared to see whether the treatment works. Read Less

This study is open to adults aged 18 or above legal age with heart failure. People can join the study if they have heart failure symptoms and a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 40% or more. The purpose of this study is to find out whether vicadrostat (BI 690517) in combination with empagliflozin helps people with heart failure. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. The groups are: * Vicadrostat and empagliflozin group: participants take vicadrostat and empagliflozin as tablets once a day. * Placebo and empagliflozin group: participants take placebo and empagliflozin as tablets once a day. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. During this time, they visit their doctors regularly. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The study staff may also contact the participants by phone. Participants also regularly answer questions about their well-being. The study does not have a fixed duration. It continues until there is enough data to see if the treatment is working. Read Less

This is an open-label, Phase 2/Phase 3, long-term extension study for treatment of participants of previous amlitelimab clinical trials in moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and efficacy of amlitelimab in treated participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) who have previously been enrolled in an amlitelimab clinical trial. All participants will have visits during the treatment period every 4 weeks. Responder participants rolling over from EFC17599 and EFC17600, and responder participants enrolling through screening from DRI17366 will be initiated into drug withdrawal (with no drug administration) at LTS17367 baseline visit to monitor durability of treatment response. If these responder participants relapse during LTS17367, they will have treatment restored. Non-responder participants rolling over from EFC17599 or EFC17600, and non-responder participants enrolling through screening from DRI17366 will have treatment administration from LTS17367 baseline. Participants rolling over from DRI17366, SFY17915 and INT18404 will also have treatment administration from LTS17367 baseline. Remote visits with home dosing are allowed for the purpose of study drug administration, when applicable. In the case of remote visit with home dosing, the participant or a caregiver may administer study drug after appropriate training. Alternatively, if needed, and based on the investigator's judgement, home visits with healthcare professional assistance or on-site study drug administration visits can be performed. Where participants discontinue amlitelimab permanently during LTS17367, safety follow up will be performed for a minimum of 140 days from the last amlitelimab administration. Read Less
