The purpose of this study is to measure the long-term safety and tolerability of ianalumab in participants with Sjogrens syndrome who have previously completed treatment from one of two NEPTUNUS 1 year core studies (CVAY736A2301 or CVAY736A2302). The study treatment is ianalumab 300 mg in a 2 mL pre-filled syringe for injection. All participants will receive ianalumab either monthly or every 3 months. The treatment duration will be 3 years with an additional up to 2-year safety follow-up. The total duration of this extension study will be up to 5 years. The visit frequency will be monthly during both the treatment period and mandatory follow-up, and then less frequently during the subsequent conditional follow-up Treatment of interest: The randomized treatment (ianalumab) will be received monthly or every 3 months. Participants assigned to treatment every 3 months will receive placebo every month between the ianalumab doses to maintain blinding. Number of Participants: Approximately 600 participants from the NEPTUNUS core studies will be rolled over into the extension study. Treatment Groups:There will be no screening period in this trial. From Week 48 of the NEPTUNUS core study, participants will be given the opportunity to consent to this extension study. From Week 52 of the NEPTUNUS core studies (i.e., Day 1 in the extension study), eligible participants will be assigned to either one of the treatment regimens: ianalumab 300 mg monthly or ianalumab 300 mg once every 3 months Participants receiving placebo in either of the NEPTUNUS core studies will be randomized 1:1 to receive ianalumab 300 mg monthly or every 3 months starting from Week 60 and participants receiving ianalumab in either of the NEPTUNUS core studies will continue the same treatment in the extension study. This is a prospective observational cohort study designed to collect data on patients who received REBYOTA™ for the prevention of rCDI in the routine care setting. As all data collected for this study are observational, the decision to prescribe REBYOTA™ is at the treating physician's discretion and independent from the decision to enroll the patient in the study. Data will be collected from patients' medical records after obtaining informed consent. Data about clinical history, CDI events (primary and recurrent: severity, treatment), CDI-related symptoms, treatments, medical procedures, Adverse Events(AEs), and healthcare resource utilization (i.e., hospitalizations and re-admissions) will be collected through 6 months of follow-up from the date of REBYOTA™ administration. This trial will be initiated to explore whether RBX2660 (REBYOTA®) could be suitable for administration by the practice of colonoscopy. More specifically, the purpose of this trial is to explore the safety and clinical effectiveness of RBX2660 when delivered by colonoscopy to adults with rCDI. The experience of physicians will be documented through a physician-experience questionnaire to explore the usability of RBX2660 in clinical practice for colonoscopic administration. The objective of the proposed research is to conduct formative work to develop, pilot and refine a smartphone delivered intervention for violence affected people living with HIV utilizing a novel spatial-temporal methodology, geographical ecological momentary assessment (GEMA), to first identify the activity spaces and daily psychosocial experiences (mental health symptoms, substance use, self-efficacy, coping) impacting adherence and viral suppression, and apply them to intervention. Guided by an ecological perspective, the investigators will adapt Living in the Face of Trauma to a mobile platform with GEMA informed intervention targets. The resulting app shall be referred to as NOLA GEM. Our long-term goal is delivering accessible interventions informed by daily experiences that affect health for PLWH. The investigators will test feasibility, acceptability and preliminary efficacy of the GEMA-informed NOLA GEM app against GEMA alone on adherence and care, and secondary outcomes of mental health and substance use. The goal of this investigational study is to develop algorithms that predict human response to foods. The main question it aims to answer are: How does varying foods and eating patterns impact one's biological and physiological responses? In what ways can novel dietary assessment measures be used to improve dietary assessments and to prescribe assessments to people in future research with increased precision? Can artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques be combined to prescribe foods and eating patterns to individuals for optimization of their health? There are 3 Modules participants may take part in: Module 1- A participant's dietary intake and accompanying nutritional status, biological and other measures will be observed over 10 days, as well as physiological responses to a liquid mixed meal tolerance test will be measured. Module 2- Participants will undergo three controlled dietary interventions provided for 14-days each and separated by washout periods of at least 14 days. Physiological responses following a diet-specific meal test will be measured. Module 3- Participants will undergo the same three dietary interventions during the same 14 day periods as Module 2 while being studied in-residence. Physiological responses following a liquid mixed meal tolerance test and a diet-specific meal test will be measured. Read Less

B-cell malignancies are a group of cancers of B lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell responsible for fighting infections. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-525 as a monotherapy. ABBV-525 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of B-Cell Malignancies. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Participants will receive ABBV-525 at different doses. Approximately 100 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-525. In part 2 (dose optimization), participants will receive one of two oral doses of ABBV-525, until the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) is determined. In part 3 (dose expansion), participants will receive the RP2D oral dose of ABBV-525. The estimated duration of the study is up to 64 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, and scans. Read Less
