Interbody Systems: Post Market Clinical Follow-up Study
Recruiting
This is a prospective, multi-center study of subjects who will undergo spinal fusion surgery utilizing Stryker Interbody Systems that require post market clinical follow up (PMCF). The primary study hypothesis for each system is that the mean change in NDI (cervical) or ODI (lumbar) from baseline to Month 12 < -10, that is, the mean improvement exceeds 10 points. In supporting analysis, the same hypotheses will be tested for mean change from baseline to 24 months to demonstrate durability of ef... Read More

Prospective Global Registry for the Study of Chronic Total Occlusion Intervention
Recruiting
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of chronic total occlusions (CTOs) is increasingly being performed in patients with advanced coronary artery disease, but there is limited information on the techniques utilized and the procedural outcomes. The goal of this multicenter, investigator initiated registry is to collect information on treatment strategies and outcomes of consecutive patients undergoing CTO PCI among various participating centers. The information collected will be used to deter... Read More

A Tissue Collection Study in Patients Who Respond to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors to Identify Targets of Tumor-Reactive T Cells.
Recruiting
T Cell Receptor-engineered T-cell therapy (TCR T-cell therapy) offers a potentially transformative approach to treating cancer, but is currently limited by the lack of known targets (Maus and June, 2016; Ping et al., 2018). Arguably the most clinically meaningful way to discover new targets and TCRs for TCR T-cell therapy is to study the tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes of patients that are actively responding to immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. These T cells are clonally expanded as a r... Read More

Shockwave: Disruption for A Better Fit
Recruiting
Recent clinical trial results demonstrate that IVL can increase lumen area by emitting sonic pressure waves, with less inflation pressure as compared to traditional angioplasty balloon dilation and resulting in minimal trauma to the vessel. Therefore, the use of IVL prior to placement of a stent for severely calcified femoral popliteal arteries may be associated with more successful stent implants and better long-term patency, resulting in a decrease in cardiovascular events. The investigator wi... Read More
