The purpose of this research study is to compare the effects (good and bad) on women and their cancer using proton radiation therapy. This study is being done to see if proton radiation therapy will prove to be beneficial for women with early stage breast cancer. The subscapularis is part of the rotator cuff and is release as part of a reverse shoulder replacement. The decision to repair this tendon is controversial. This research is being done to help determine if rotator cuff repair improves or hinders shoulder replacement. A worrisome but rare complication after shoulder replacement is dislocation. Rotator cuff repair may help reduce this risk. The repair may hinder some of the range of motion afterwards or could help with internal rotation strength. There is a chance that the repair doesn't matter at all. The goal of this study is to delineate outcomes after reverse shoulder arthroplasty with the respect to management of the subscapularis tendon. Further information about rotator cuff repair after reverse shoulder replacement can help define complications, potentially decrease OR time, and improve functional outcomes. A total of 148 patients will be enrolled and the duration of the study will be 5 years. All patients will be required to follow-up at 2¬-week, 6-week, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year post-operative marks. This research study is being done to compare a mindfulness-based intervention for tics (MBIT) to psychoeducation with relaxation and supportive therapy (PRST) for individuals with Tourette's syndrome or Persistent Tic Disorders (collectively TS). The investigators hope to use MRI biomarkers to identify and characterize sensorimotor network disruption patterns associated with chronic pain and sensory deficits in CP. Investigators will use existing information in the medical record as well as subjective reports from interview, physical exam data, and anatomical and functional MRI data to non-invasively identify brain injury correlates of pain and sensory deficits. Belantamab mafodotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) containing humanized anti- B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) monoclonal antibody (mAb). Renal impairment is a major complication of multiple myeloma (MM) and the majority of MM participants is either at risk or already has renal dysfunction at initial diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and tolerability of belantamab mafodotin monotherapy in participants with RRMM, who have had at least 3 lines of prior treatment (or at least 2 lines of prior treatment if ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation ) and have either normal or impaired renal functions. The study will consist of two parts: part 1 will include participants with normal/mildly impaired renal function and severe renal impairment and part 2 will include participants with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), where participants are either not undergoing or require hemodialysis. Participants will be administered belantamab mafodotin at a dose of 2.5 milligram per kilogram (mg/kg) intravenously once in three weeks (Q3W) dosing in Part 1. Based on the Part 1 Safety/Pharmacokinetic (PK) data, Part 2 participants will be administered the dose of either 2.5 mg/kg or 1.9 mg/kg (or other adjusted dose). Participants will be treated with belantamab mafodotin monotherapy until confirmed disease progression, death, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or end of study, whichever occurs first. This study will include a screening phase, treatment phase, follow-up phase and a post analysis continued treatment (PACT) phase . The total duration of the study is approximately up to 48 months. The purpose of this study is to evaluate patient-reported post-operative pain scores following minimally invasive tubal sterilization procedures to determine if a multimodal, non-opioid pain control regimen is non-inferior to a pain control regimen including opioids. The study team hypothesizes that with extensive counseling on pain management, multimodal medication use, and expectation with non-opioid methods can effectively eliminate the need for opioid prescriptions after laparoscopic salpingectomy. This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis.
