This study proposes the evaluation of a novel, first-in-human Lassa fever vaccine based on the complete Lassa glycoprotein complex (GPC) antigen. The antigen will be presented on a genetically modified and attenuated rabies vector expressing both the rabies glycoprotein (GP) antigen and the Lassa GPC. The inactivated chimeric virus is delivered with a toll-like receptor (TLR-4)-activating oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant. Studies using this vaccine administered as a prime-boost series in mice and non-human primates, and then challenged with Lassa virus demonstrated significant protection against Lassa fever. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head. It is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Migraines are caused by a series of events when the brain gets stimulated or activated, which causes the release of chemicals that cause pain. IPN10200 is a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. Participants with episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM) will be included in both Step 1 and Step 2. "Headache days" are when participants experience headaches that meet the criteria for a migraine or a headache without the additional migraine-specific symptoms. "Migraine days" occur when the headache displays clear migraine characteristics. This study aims to determine: * The safety and efficacy of injecting IPN10200 directly into the muscles of the head and neck to prevent EM and CM, * The right amount (dose) of IPN10200 to inject at each point, * The total amount (dose) of IPN10200 that provides the best balance between safety and efficacy preventing migraines. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a plasma cell disease characterized by the growth of clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and toxicity of etentamig (ABBV-383) when co-administered with pomalidomide-dexamethasone (Pd), lenalidomide-dexamethasone (Rd), or daratumumab-dexamethasone (Dd), in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Etentamig co-administered with Pd, Rd, or Dd, will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on stage of the study and eligibility. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the best dose of etentamig, followed by a dose expansion phase to confirm the dose. Approximately 320 adult participants with R/R MM will be enrolled in the study in approximately 48 sites worldwide. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) etentamig co-administered with oral/IV Pd, oral/IV Rd, or oral/IV/subcutaneous (SC) Dd in 28-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects. Read Less
