This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of RG1-virus-like particle (VLP) in preventing human papillomavirus (HPV)-related cancers in women. RG1-VLP is a vaccine that aims to protect against rare HPV types not targeted by currently approved HPV vaccines. HPV is a common sexually-transmitted infection that can cause certain genital and oral cancers. RG1-VLP contains a protein of HPV type 16 (HPV16) with a slightly different structure than the licensed Gardasil-9 vaccine. Gardasil-9 is approved by the Federal Drug Administration to help protect against diseases caused by some types of HPV. Gardasil-9 also contains 9 different HPV proteins. Both vaccines contain alum to stimulate the immune system. The usual approach for the prevention of HPV-related cancers for patients who are at increased risk is to consider the currently approved HPV vaccine like Gardasil-9, as well as to be followed closely by their doctor to watch for the development of cancer via routine pap smears. This trial may allow researchers to find out whether the RG1-VLP vaccine can safely trigger an immune response against HPV in healthy women and if it is better or worse than the usual approach for the prevention of HPV-related cancers. Background: People who will participate in research studies need to undergo proper screening, evaluation, and assessment (SEA). SEA helps keep those who participate in studies safe. It also helps ensure accurate study results. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) Intramural Research Program (IRP) wants to screen people with alcohol and/or substance use disorders (ASUD) as well as people without ASUD for ongoing studies at NIDA in Baltimore, MD Objective: To screen people with or without ASUD for ongoing studies at NIDA. The ultimate goals are to learn why some people (1) use drugs; (2) stop using drugs; (3) use drugs but do not get addicted; and (4) never use drugs snd to develop ASUD treatments. Eligibility: People aged 18 years and older. They may (1) currently use nicotine, alcohol, opioids, cocaine, or other drugs; (2) no longer use them; or (3) have never used them. Design: Participants will have 1 screening visit that could last up to 8 hours. The visit may be split over more than 1 day. The duration of the screening may vary for each individual based on which studies they are interested in and screened for. The tests they undergo may vary and may include the following: * Physical exam. * Blood, saliva, and urine tests. * Breath samples that test for alcohol and carbon monoxide. * Test of heart function. * Smell test that measures sense of smell. * Tests of memory, attention, and thinking. * Mental health evaluation. * Mock magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan. * Questionnaires about alcohol and other drug use, mental health, medical history, and life in general. It is often challenging to tell apart the parathyroid glands from the surrounding area such as lymph nodes, fat and thyroid tissue. If the surgeons are not able to tell where the parathyroid glands are, they might accidentally be removed or damaged. This can lead to complications such as hypocalcemia (low calcium level) requiring treatment and sometimes lead to longer hospital stay. This study is designed to test a new method (a non-invasive hand-held imaging device) to assist surgeons in identifying the parathyroid glands, in order to decrease the rate of post-operative complication. Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with previously untreated FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 5 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 1095 adult participants with previously untreated FL will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (intravenous \[IV\] infusion of rituximab (R) and oral capsules of lenalidomide) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab. Participants may also receive investigator's choice chemoimmunotherapy (CIT): IV infusion of obinutuzumab (G) and IV injections of cyclophosphamide, IV injections of doxorubicin, IV injections of vincristine, oral tablets of prednisone (CHOP) \[G-CHOP\]/ R-CHOP or G and IV infusion of bendamustine (Benda) \[G-Benda\]/R-Benda. The total treatment duration will be 120 weeks for all arms except A2, which is 24 weeks of treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is a platform protocol designed to be flexible so that it is suitable for a wide range of settings within health care systems and in community settings where it can be integrated into COVID-19 programs and subsequent treatment plans. This protocol is a prospective, multi-center, multi-arm, randomized, controlled platform trial evaluating various interventions for use in the treatment of autonomic dysfunction symptoms, including cardiovascular complications and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), in PASC participants. Elexacaftor/Tezacaftor/Ivacaftor or Trikafta improves lung health in people with cystic fibrosis (CF), including decreased cough and mucous production. Diagnosing lung infections has become more challenging due to the decrease in sputum and rise of telehealth services. While the option of collecting sputum samples at home and sending them by mail may be feasible, uncertainty remains about how the collection of samples outside of clinic and delays in testing while in the mail impact infection detection. This study will compare bacterial cultures using sputum samples collected at home versus samples collected in clinic (saline-induced sputum and throat swab). This study seeks to shed light on how valuable home collected samples can be and help us better understand the usefulness of home-collected sputum samples for both clinical and research purposes. This phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumors (DAWT) or favorable histology Wilms tumors (FHWT) that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy regimens such as UH-3 (vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, carboplatin, etoposide, and irinotecan) and ICE/Cyclo/Topo (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, and topotecan) work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help doctors find out what effects, good and/or bad, regimen UH-3 has on patients with newly diagnosed DAWT and standard risk relapsed FHWT (those treated with only 2 drugs for the initial WT) and regimen ICE/Cyclo/Topo has on patients with high and very high risk relapsed FHWT (those treated with 3 or more drugs for the initial WT). The brain is protected from any toxic or inflammatory molecule by the blood-brain barrier (BBB). This physical barrier is located at the level of the blood vessel walls. Because of these barrier properties, the blood vessels are also impermeable to the passage of therapeutic molecules from the blood to the brain. The development of effective treatments against glioblastoma is thus limited due to the BBB that prevents most drugs injected in the bloodstream from getting into brain tissue where the tumour is seated. The SonoCloud-9 (SC9) is an investigational device using ultrasound technology and specially developed to open the BBB in the area of and surrounding the tumour. The transient opening of the BBB allows more drugs to reach the brain tumour tissue. Carboplatin is a chemotherapy that is approved to treat different cancer types alone or in combination with other drugs, and has been used in the treatment of glioblastoma. Despite its proven efficacy in the laboratory on glioblastoma cells, carboplatin does not readily cross the BBB in humans. A clinical trial has shown that in combination with the SonoCloud-9, more carboplatin can reach the brain tumour tissue. The objective of the proposed trial is to show that the association - carboplatin with the SonoCloud-9 - will increase efficacy of the drug in patients with recurrent glioblastoma. Read Less
