Food pantries face many challenges, including recruitment and training of staff/volunteers, communications with staff/volunteers and clients, providing client choice, and emergency preparedness. The investigators will develop, implement, and evaluate the Support Application for Food Pantries (SAFPAS), a mobile application to address these concerns under normal and emergency operations, and assess its impact on 20 Baltimore food pantries, and on the healthiness of foods received by 360 food pantry clients using a randomized controlled trial design. The utility of Ultra High-Resolution Computed Tomography (UHR-CT) compared to conventional CT in all-comers (i.e., a generally lower-risk population) remains uncertain but is an important area of study in order to justify wider spread implementation and use of this technology, particularly in light of reports of significantly higher radiation exposure with UHR-CT, as well as longer scan times. The availability of technology to reconstruct conventional resolution (CR) simulation images from the raw CT acquisition data acquired on the UHR-CT scanner offers a unique platform to study this question without subjecting individuals to two different scans. The primary objective of this study is to generate preliminary data in support of the hypothesis that noninvasive UHR-CT is superior to conventional resolution CT for identifying patients with obstructive CHD. The goal of this study is to improve how we teach self-control and communication skills to children and adolescents with challenging behaviors. Researchers aim to find ways to make behavior-change treatments more effective and long-lasting, even when the environment or reinforcement schedules change. The main questions this study will answer are: Can innovative techniques help children maintain learned skills, such as asking for attention or waiting for rewards, when faced with new people, places, or situations? How do cognitive and behavioral factors, like memory, timing, and decision-making, affect the success of treatments? Participants in this study will: Complete assessments to identify preferred activities and understand the causes of challenging behaviors. Learn communication skills to replace challenging behaviors, such as tantrums or crying, with more appropriate actions like asking for attention. HIV-infected (HIV+) individuals who agree to accept and receive a solid organ transplant from an HIV+ deceased donor will be followed to determine the safety and efficacy of this practice. Malignant pleural effusion remains a debilitating complication of end stage cancer, which can be greatly improved by the introduction of the indwelling tunneled pleural catheter (IPC). However, there is no standard of care regarding drainage and limited data on the utility of different drainage techniques. In addition, many patients develop discomfort and chest pain during drainage. The investigators propose to evaluate gravity drainage and suction drainage on quality of life measures and outcomes. BOOST3 is a randomized clinical trial to determine the comparative effectiveness of two strategies for monitoring and treating patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the intensive care unit (ICU). The study will determine the safety and efficacy of a strategy guided by treatment goals based on both intracranial pressure (ICP) and brain tissue oxygen (PbtO2) as compared to a strategy guided by treatment goals based on ICP monitoring alone. Both of these alternative strategies are used in standard care. It is unknown if one is more effective than the other. In both strategies the monitoring and goals help doctors adjust treatments including the kinds and doses of medications and the amount of intravenous fluids given, ventilator (breathing machine) settings, need for blood transfusions, and other medical care. The primary objectives of the study are: (1) in the dose-escalation part: to evaluate safety and tolerability and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) in participants with selected tumor types (ovarian cancer \[OC\], endometrial cancer \[EC\], non-small cell lung carcinoma \[NSCLC\], triple-negative breast cancer \[TNBC\]), and (2) in dose-confirmation part: to evaluate preliminary efficacy measured by objective response rate (ORR) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) in participants with OC and EC at selected doses and to further evaluate the safety and tolerability of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) and (3) dose-optimization part. (divided in two parts: Part A \[OC and EC participants\] and Part B \[EC only\]): Part A: to evaluate other farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) treatment regimens for safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy in participants with OC and EC; to evaluate the use of the addition of short course of oral corticosteroids following every dose of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) administered every 21 days, as mitigation strategy for interstitial lung disease (ILD); and to select treatment regimens with farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) for further evaluation in Part B.
