The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of zilovertamab vedotin as monotherapy and in combination in participants with select B-cell lymphomas including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), Richter's transformation lymphoma (RTL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This study will also evaluate zilovertamab vedotin as monotherapy and in combination with respect to objective response rate. * Cohort A: Participants with relapsed or refractory MCL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 2 prior systemic therapies including a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibition/inhibitor (BTKi), and post therapy chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy or ineligible for CAR-T cell therapy * Cohort B: Participants with relapsed or refractory RT disease after at least 1 prior systemic therapy * Cohort C: Participants with relapsed or refractory MCL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 1 prior systemic therapy and no prior exposure to a non-covalent BTKi * Cohort D: Participants with relapsed or refractory FL and CLL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 2 prior systemic therapies and have no other available therapy * Cohort E: Participants with relapsed or refractory FL after at least 2 prior systemic therapies and have no other available therapy The primary study hypothesis is that zilovertamab vedotin monotherapy has an increased Objective Response Rate (ORR) per Lugano Response Criteria as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR). The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of baxdrostat/dapagliflozin in participants ≥ 18 years of age with CKD and HTN. This study consists of a screening, a 4-week dapagliflozin run-in period for participants naïve to SGLT2i at baseline; a 24-month double-blind period in which participants will receive either baxdrostat/dapagliflozin or dapagliflozin; and a 6-week open-label period in which all participants will discontinue baxdrostat/placebo and receive dapagliflozin alone. Site visits will take place at 2-, 4-, 8-, and 16- weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months, until the 24-month visit at which time baxdrostat/placebo will be discontinued. Participants will continue open-label dapagliflozin for another 6-weeks (approximately), where reassessment of GFR will occur for the primary efficacy endpoint. In the event of premature discontinuation of blinded study intervention, participants will continue in the study and receive open-label dapagliflozin monotherapy, unless the participant meets dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, in which case all study interventions will be discontinued. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study aims to provide data on the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib at different doses in adult participants with moderate to severe AD. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). This study is conducted in 2 periods. During Period 1, participants are randomly assigned into 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms to receive upadacitinib Dose A or dupilumab Dose A. Based on the participants response to upadacitinib Dose A, they may have their dose increased to upadacitinib Dose B after 2 weeks. In Period 2, participants that completed Period 1 will either remain on their assigned dose or be reassigned to a different dose based on their Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) response. Approximately 300 adult participants ages 18 to 64 with moderate to severe AD who are current users of dupilumab and had a history of inadequate response to dupilumab will be enrolled at up to 94 sites worldwide. The study is comprised of a 35-day Screening Period, an 8-week Open-Label Period 1 and a 24-week Open-Label Period 2 for participants that completed Period 1. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or dupilumab subcutaneous (SC) injection every other week for 32 weeks and followed for 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is researching a drug called dupilumab. The study is focused on patients who have uncontrolled asthma. Asthma is a condition where the airways narrow and swell, making it difficult to breathe. Uncontrolled asthma means that patients are still having frequent symptoms while taking their current asthma medication. The aim of the study is to see which regimen is more effective: taking dupilumab with an inhaled asthma medication or only taking a higher dose of the inhaled asthma medication. The type of asthma medication that will be used is a combination inhaled corticosteroid and long-acting beta-agonist (referred to as an ICS/LABA). Some patients may also receive an additional asthma medication called a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (referred to as a LAMA) if they are already receiving a LAMA. This phase III trial tests how well surgery plus chemotherapy compared to surgery alone works in treating patients with type I pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB), and tests how well surgery plus standard chemotherapy with the addition of topotecan works compared to surgery plus standard chemotherapy alone in treating patients with type II and III PPB. Historically, most children with type I PPB had surgery and approximately 40% of children with type I PPB received chemotherapy following their surgery, usually for 22-42 weeks. There has not been a consistent standard for which children with type I PPB receive chemotherapy after surgery. For patients whose tumor has been removed completely with surgery, observation without chemotherapy may work as well as giving chemotherapy after surgery in preventing a return of the PPB tumor. The standard chemotherapy for patients with types II or III PPB in the United States is four cycles of IVADo (ifosfamide, vincristine, dactinomycin, and doxorubicin) followed by 8 cycles of IVA (ifosfamide, vincristine and dactinomycin). Ifosfamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of tumor cells in the body. Vincristine is in a class of medications called vinca alkaloids. It works by stopping tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Dactinomycin is a type of antibiotic that is only used in cancer chemotherapy (antineoplastic antibiotic). It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Doxorubicin is in a class of medications called anthracyclines. Doxorubicin damages the cell's DNA and may kill tumor cells. It also blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair. Topotecan is in a class of medications called topoisomerase I inhibitors. It works by interfering with tumor cell DNA which kills them. Giving topotecan in addition to standard IVADo and IVA chemotherapy regimens may shrink the cancer as well as or better than the standard therapy or could decrease the chance the tumor spreads while causing fewer side effects.
