This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population. The main aims of this study are: * To check the safety of ASP1002 in people with certain solid tumors. * To check if the people can tolerate ASP1002. * To find a suitable dose of ASP1002. This study will be in 2 parts. In Part 1, different small groups of people will receive lower to higher doses of ASP1002. Any medical problems will be recorded at each dose. This is done to find suitable doses of ASP1002 to use in Part 2 of the study. In Part 2, other different small groups of people will receive doses of ASP1002 that worked the best in Part 1. People in this study will be adults with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors with high levels of a protein called claudin 4. The people's cancer will have either spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or spread to tissue close by (locally advanced). They will have been previously treated with available standard therapies or refused to receive those treatments. In both parts of the study, ASP1002 (the study treatment) will be given to people slowly through a tube into a vein. This is called an infusion. This will happen every week, every other week, or every 3 weeks, in treatment cycles. Treatment cycles may be 21 days or 28 days long. People in this study will continue treatment for up to 2 years until: they have medical problems that prevent them from continuing treatment; their cancer gets worse; they start other cancer treatment; they ask to stop treatment; they do not come back for treatment. During the study, people will visit the clinic several times for a health check. This includes standard safety checks and reporting any medical problems. Every few weeks, the study doctors will check if each person's cancer has stayed the same or got worse. This will be done by scans (CT or MRI scans). Tumor samples will be taken during the study and people will have the option of giving a tumor sample after treatment has finished. People will visit the clinic within 7 days after stopping treatment for a health check. Then, they may visit the clinic at 1 month and 3 months after stopping treatment for further health checks. People will have follow-up health checks for up to 1 year after their last dose of ASP1002. Read Less

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of B07, administered daily by subcutaneous (SC) injection, in up to 100 patients with newly diagnosed metastatic colorectal cancer. This study will evaluate different doses of B07 on weight, body composition and BMI in patients with sub-optimal BMIs (18 to ≤ 29 kg/m2). Treatment will begin on the same day as the start of cancer chemotherapy and continue during the first 28 days of cytotoxic therapy with a goal of preserving muscle and fat mass, relative to placebo control. This project is part of the ACHIEVE GREATER (Addressing Cardiometabolic Health Inequities by Early PreVEntion in the GREAT LakEs Region) Center (IRB 100221MP2A), the purpose of which is to reduce cardiometabolic health disparities and downstream Black-White lifespan inequality in two cities: Detroit, Michigan, and Cleveland, Ohio. The ACHIEVE GREATER Center will involve three separate but related projects that aim to mitigate health disparities in risk factor control for three chronic conditions, hypertension (HTN, Project 1), heart failure (HF, Project 2) and coronary heart disease (CHD, Project 3), which drive downstream lifespan inequality. All three projects will involve the use of Community Health Workers (CHWs) to deliver an evidence-based practice intervention program called PAL2. All three projects will also utilize the PAL2 Implementation Intervention (PAL2-II), which is a set of structured training and evaluation strategies designed to optimize CHW competence and adherence (i.e., fidelity) to the PAL2 intervention program. Phase 1a/1b dose escalation and expansion study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of NVL-330, determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and evaluate the antitumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic HER2-altered NSCLC. Phase 1a dose escalation is designed to assess the safety and tolerability of NVL-330 and to select the candidate RP2D(s) and, if applicable, the MTD. Phase 1b expansion is designed to further evaluate the overall safety and tolerability of the candidate RP2D(s) of NVL-330 and to determine the RP2D of NVL 330 in patients with advanced or metastatic HER2 mutant NSCLC. Subjects with relapsed large cell lymphoma will receive 3 cycles of combination therapy consisting of GDP and epcoritamab. Each cycle will last 21 days. GDP consists of gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 IV on Days 1 and 8, cisplatin 75 mg/m2 IV on Day 1, and dexamethasone 40 mg orally on Days 1 through 4. Epcoritamab will be administered subcutaneously (SC) on Days 1, 8, and 15. Patients will receive granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) between Day 8 through Day 10 of each cycle of combination therapy. Patients will then undergo radiology imaging for disease assessment. Patients may proceed to SCT(autologous or allogeneic) or CAR T-cell therapy or epcoritamab monotherapy upon completion of Cycle 3 per investigator discretion. The rationale for subjects not proceeding to autoSCT or CAR T-cell therapy will be captured in the eCRFs. Patients who do not undergo SCT or CAR T-cell therapy may have the option to receive study treatment with epcoritamab monotherapy following completion of Cycle 3. Epcoritamab monotherapy will be offered to selected subjects who become ineligible to undergo SCT or CAR T-cell therapy (such as social situation, change in subject decision). The decision to offer epcoritamab monotherapy will be per investigator's discretion. However, subjects must have demonstrated a response to the combination therapy (partial remission or complete remission) per disease assessment scans prior to offering epcoritamab monotherapy. Epcoritamab monotherapy should begin 2 weeks following Cycle 3 Day 15. Monotherapy will consist of epcoritamab 48 mg administered subcutaneously on Days 1 and 15 of each 28 day cycle for Cycle 4 to Cycle 9 or until unacceptable toxicity, or disease progression per the Lugano Criteria. The purpose of each study is to independently measure the annualized relapse rate (ARR) with administration of frexalimab compared to a daily oral dose of teriflunomide in male and female participants with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (aged 18 to 55 years at the time of enrollment). People diagnosed with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis are eligible for enrollment as long as they meet all the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria.
