The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment.

A Study of Auxora in Patients With AKI and Injurious Lung "Crosstalk"
Recruiting
Approximately 150 patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) associated with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (AHRF) will be randomized at up to 40 sites. Patients will be randomly assigned to either Auxora or matching placebo. Study drug infusions will occur every 24 hours for five consecutive days for a total of five infusions.

This is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 2-period, 2-treatment cross-over study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of orally administered deucrictibant compared to placebo for the on-demand treatment of HAE attacks, including non-severe laryngeal attacks, in participants ≥12 to ≤75 years of age with HAE type 1, type 2, or type 3, a proportion of whom are using long-term prophylactic medication for HAE.

Study to Assess the Safety of Amantadine Hydrochloride (HCl) Intravenous (IV) Solution (MR-301) in Patients With Severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

The main goal of this clinical trial is to check if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated. Researchers will compare the MR-301 active drug group with the placebo group to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the drug. Other measurements include assessing the patient's overall outcome, neurological responses, time spent in the intensive care unit, time in the hospital, and mortality. Participants will receive either MR-301 BID IV dosing or a matching placebo for a total of 3 weeks.

REACT-AF is a multicenter prospective, randomized, open-label, blinded endpoint (PROBE design), controlled trial comparing the current Standard Of Care (SOC) of continuous Direct Oral Anticoagulation (DOAC) use versus time-delimited (1 month) DOAC guided by an AF-sensing Smart Watch (AFSW) in participants with a history of paroxysmal or persistent Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and low-to-moderate stroke risk.
