The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the optimal timing for measuring cervical length (CL) during fetal anatomy surveys in pregnant individuals. This study focuses on improving the accuracy of cervical length assessments, which are critical for identifying individuals at risk for preterm birth. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does measuring cervical length at the beginning of the anatomy survey result in a higher proportion of scans meeting the nine CLEAR (Cervical Length Education and Review) criteria compared to measuring at the end of the survey? * Does the use of sepia-filtered ultrasound images improve the proportion of scans meeting the nine CLEAR criteria compared to conventional grayscale images? Researchers will compare two groups of participants randomized to have cervical length measured either at the beginning or at the end of the anatomy survey. Additionally, all participants will undergo cervical length measurements using both grayscale and sepia-filtered ultrasound imaging. Participants will: * Receive a patient information sheet through MyChart explaining the study and standard cervical length screening during anatomy surveys. * Provide verbal consent for a transvaginal ultrasound and study participation. * Be randomized to have their cervical length measured at either the start or end of the fetal survey. * Undergo cervical length measurement using both grayscale and sepia-filtered ultrasound imaging modalities. * This study involves no additional risks beyond those of routine clinical care and aims to enhance clinical practice by identifying optimal methods for cervical length assessment during pregnancy. The virological efficacy of ibalizumab has been clearly demonstrated in multiple clinical trials. This study will expand ibalizumab's clinical data set and allow a better understanding of the virologic response durability on ARV regimens with or without ibalizumab in a heterogeneous real-world patient population. Additional data on the efficacy and safety of ibalizumab and its impact on patient reported outcomes will be captured until study end. Primary Objective: To evaluate the long-term efficacy, safety, and durability of ibalizumab in combination with other ARVs by comparing the virologic, immunologic and clinical outcomes of patients receiving ibalizumab treatment versus patients not receiving ibalizumab. Secondary Objective: To assess the efficacy of ibalizumab in combination with other antiretrovirals by comparing the virologic, immunologic, clinical and patient reported outcomes of patients before and after they receive ibalizumab treatment. The proposed study focuses on testing a novel adapted evidence-based multilevel intervention, Deprescribing Thyroid Hormone In Older Adults (D-THIO), to support thyroid hormone deprescribing (dose de-escalation and/or discontinuation) in older adults with thyroid hormone overtreatment and/or misuse and reduce patient harm. Findings from this study will lay the groundwork for broad implementation of D-THIO and serve as a model for deprescribing inappropriate medications for other endocrine conditions and conditions with biochemical monitoring. The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan.
