Objectives:To assess the safety and tolerability followed by a dose expansion study to characterize safety, and preliminary efficacy of SGN1 in participants with refractory solid tumors. Study Rationale:The mechanism of action for SGN1 is based on the fact that most tumors are methionine dependent. SGN1 is designed to be used as a tumor therapeutic bacterium that can preferentially replicate and accumulate in tumors and starve them of essential amino acids by delivering the oncolytic enzyme L-Methioninase. Patient Population:The treatment populations shall be patients presenting with histologically confirmed advanced and/or metastatic solid tumors that are refractory to standard therapy and for which no other conventional therapy exists. This is a multinational, multi-center, observational, prospective, longitudinal disease registry designed to collect data on participants with cold agglutinin disease (CAD) or cold agglutinin syndrome (CAS). Among them, a minimum of 30 patients with CAD treated with sutimlimab are expected to take part in the sutimlimab cohort study. Patients with CAD who have been enrolled in previous sutimlimab clinical trials (e.g., BIVV009-01/LTS16214 \[NCT02502903,CAD patients\], BIVV009-03/EFC16215 \[NCT03347396\], and BIVV009-04/EFC16216 \[NCT03347422\]) and who either completed or discontinued the corresponding clinical trial are eligible to participate in the registry. This phase Ib/II trial is aimed at studying the combination of a drug named Selinexor (selective inhibitor of nuclear export) in combination with standard therapy for B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma called R-CHOP. The investigators will establish maximum tolerated dose of Selinexor in combination with RCHOP and also study the efficacy of this combination for therapy of B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab (called "study drug"). The study is focused on participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) who are eligible for high dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplantation (transplant-eligible) or ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation (transplant-ineligible). The aim of this clinical trial is to study the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug), and effectiveness (tumor shrinkage) of linvoseltamab in study participants with NDMM as a first step in determining if the study drug has a role in the treatment of NDMM. This study consists of 2 phases: * In Phase 1, the study drug will be given to participants to study the side effects of the study drug and to establish the regimen (initial doses and full dose) of the study drug to be given to participants in Phase 2. * In Phase 2, the study drug will be given to more participants to continue to assess the side effects of the study drug and to evaluate the ability of the study drug to shrink the tumor (multiple myeloma) in participants with NDMM. The study is looking at several research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking linvoseltamab? * What the right dosing regimen is for linvoseltamab? * How many participants treated with linvoseltamab have improvement of their disease and for how long? * The effects of linvoseltamab study treatment before and after transplant * How much linvoseltamab is in the blood at different times? * Whether the body makes antibodies against linvoseltamab (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). This is a first-in-human (FIH), open label Phase 1/1b / Phase 2 study in patients with advanced metastatic solid tumors refractory to standard treatment. Phase 1 will identify potential optimal biologically relevant doses (OBRD) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of MBRC-101 at one 1 or more dosing regimens. Phase 1b will evaluate the safety and preliminary clinical activity of MBRC-101 at potential OBRDs. Phase 1 and Phase 1b will both characterize single and multiple-dose PK profiles and evaluate incidence and persistence of anti-MBRC-101 Ab. Chronic musculoskeletal pain (CP) is a major public health concern. Psychosocial treatments have been shown to be efficacious when compared to largely inert control conditions, but they are characterized by modest effects on primary outcomes. One strategy to boost efficacy is to increase our understanding of treatment mediators. Studies of mediators that directly compare different treatments with each other are needed to determine which mediators are treatment-specific, which are shared across treatments, and which contribute the most to clinical outcomes. Another strategy is to identify the patient characteristics that moderate treatment responses. Research is needed that is guided by theoretical models and that tests moderators across multiple treatments. Identifying subgroups of patients more likely to respond to one or another treatment can advance precision medicine by informing a priori patient-treatment matches that can optimize treatment effects. To accomplish these goals, the authors will conduct a randomized clinical trial to compare the mediators and moderators of the clinical effects of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) on adults with chronic spinal (axial) pain. Following baseline assessment of outcome variables as well as potential mediators and moderators, 460 participants will be randomized to CBT, ACT, EAET, or treatment-as-usual control (TAU). The three treatments will be conducted as individual therapy provided weekly for 8 weeks via telehealth. The researchers will conduct weekly assessments of both potential mediators and outcomes, as well as post-treatment and 6-month follow-up assessments. The goal of the study is to identify the most powerful treatment mechanisms - specific and shared -- and reveal for whom the mediator-outcome pathways are strongest.This project can increase the effects of our psychosocial chronic pain treatments by identifying the most effective treatment mechanisms and by informing patient-treatment matches that can optimize treatment effects. This is a data repository for multi-site multi-protocol clinic-based Natural History Study of ALS and Other Motor Neuron Disorders (MND). All people living with ALS or other MNDs who attend clinics at the Study hospitals (sites) are offered to participate in the Study. The Sites collect so-called Baseline information including demographics, disease history and diagnosis, family history, etc. At each visit, the Sites also collect multiple disease-specific outcome measures and events. The information is captured in NeuroBANK, a patient-centric clinical research platform. The Sites have an option to choose to collect data into 20+ additional forms capturing biomarkers and outcome measures. Captured data after its curation are anonymized (all personal identifiers and dates are being removed), and the anonymized dataset is shared with medical researchers via a non-exclusive revocable license.
