The Fabry Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Fabry disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The primary objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance the understanding of the variability, progression, and natural history of Fabry disease, including heterozygous females with the disease; * To assist the Fabry medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients and reports on patient outcomes to help optimize patient care; * To characterize and describe the Fabry population as a whole; * To evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of Fabrazyme® Fabry Pregnancy Sub-registry: This Sub-registry is a multicenter, international, longitudinal, observational, and voluntary program designed to track pregnancy outcomes for any pregnant woman enrolled in the Fabry Registry, regardless of whether she is receiving disease-specific therapy (such as enzyme replacement therapy with agalsidase beta) and irrespective of the commercial product with which she may be treated. Data from the Sub-registry are also used to fulfill various global regulatory requirements, to support product development/reimbursement, and for other research and non-research-related purposes. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician. If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected. Glaucoma is the second most common cause of blindness in the world, second only to cataracts. This study will assess how safe and effective a glaucoma gel stent is when implanted using the ab interno (inside the eye) and ab externo (outside the eye) approach. Adverse events and intraocular pressure will be assessed. XEN63 is an investigational device for the treatment of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with glaucoma when both medical and conventional surgical treatments have failed (for US approval) and when medical treatments have failed (for outside US \[OUS\] approval). Participants will be placed in one of two groups called study arms. One group will receive the XEN63 gel stent ab interno (inside the eye) and the other group will receive the XEN63 gel stent ab externo (outside the eye). Approximately 130 participants aged 45 years or older with glaucoma will be enrolled in this study at approximately 32 sites in the United States. Participants will receive XEN63 implanted using either the ab interno approach or the ab externo approach on Day 1 and will be followed for 12 months. The purpose of this study is: * To investigate the optimal timing for revaccination after the initial RSVPreF3 OA vaccine dose, * To evaluate the long-term immune persistence and safety up to 5 consecutive RSV seasons (approximately 60 months) of a single dose of RSVPreF3 OA vaccine, * To give the opportunity to participants who received only placebo in the RSVOA=ADJ- 006 study, to receive a dose of the RSVPreF3 OA vaccine and collect additional safety information. The purpose of the study is to assess and evaluate dosimetry, safety, and tolerability following administration of up to 12 cycles of (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (also referred to as \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-PSMA-617 and hereafter identified as AAA617) in taxane-naïve adult participants with PSMA-positive mCRPC who progressed on a prior ARPI treatment with normal renal function or mild renal impairment (eGFR ≥ 60ml/min). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the change in the expression of treatment targets on the surface of tumor cells (Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), Somatostatin Receptor 2 (SSTR2), and Gastrin Releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR) between the start and after the completion of radioligand therapy (RLT). Study will use radioligand imaging (RLI) to determine predominantly expressed target on the surface of tumor cells. Based on predominant expression of target, corresponding RLT targeting PSMA, SSTR2, or GRPR RLT will be given for up to 6 cycles every 6 weeks as intravenous (i.v.) injection in participants with metastatic neuroendocrine prostate cancer (mNEPC). This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). The study will focus on participants who have either active subacute CLE or chronic CLE, or both. They may also have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The participants did not respond to antimalarial therapy or had problems with the treatment that made it hard to continue. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the skin disease. Researchers will measure symptoms of CLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index (CLASI), the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Investigator's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R), and the SELENA-SLEDAI Flare Index (SFI). The main questions researchers want to answer are: * How many participants have a score of 0 or 1 on the CLA-IGA-R looking at skin redness after treatment? * How many participants have their skin disease activity go down by at least 70%? Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and CLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be split into 2 parts - Part A and Part B. Both parts will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either litifilimab or placebo for the 1st treatment period. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. * The 1st treatment period will be double blinded which means neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * This double blinded treatment period will last 24 weeks, after which the 2nd treatment period will begin. * During the 2nd treatment period, all participants will receive litifilimab for 28 weeks. * After completing treatment in this study, participants that qualify will be given the choice to join the Long-Term Extension study, 230LE305. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common disease with approximately 1% prevalence. RA is also a chronic, progressive disease with no cure. Current treatment goals are to minimize pain, limit joint damage, and prevent loss of function. Drugs used to treat RA include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), glucocorticoids, and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs), including biologics. Methotrexate (MTX) is the DMARD of choice in the treatment of RA, because it has been shown to be both well-tolerated and effective in achieving clinical response and slowing radiographic progression of disease. However, this drug alone results in remissions in only a small subset of patients and reliable predictors of DMARD response have yet to be identified. This study is open-label of 16-weeks duration to identify factors that help predict clinical responses to disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) therapies for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) participants. All participants will receive a starting dose of DMARD medication(s) which may be adjusted by the investigator as needed. If a participant becomes intolerant of a DMARD medication, the participant will be withdrawn at the discretion of the investigator. Necessary withdrawals prior to week 16 visits will be considered end of study. Otherwise, end of study data as well as study serum will be collected at week 16. A portion of the blood collected at baseline, week 8 and week 16 for the optional addendum portion of the study is for future research and will be utilized attempting to look to detect the generation of superoxide radicals. These radicals have been shown to be associated with inflammation and may correlate with the progression of RA, which if confirmed, should decrease the levels of these radicals signaling response to treatment. Extra-articular (outside of joints) disease occurs in approximately 50% of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, with the lung being a common site of involvement. The goals of this study are to investigate and characterize lung disease and its prevalence in early RA participants. This will be done through pulmonary function and high resolution chest computed tomography (CT), questionnaires, and serum studies. Another goal is to find novel biomarkers, such anti-malondialdehyde-acetaldehyde (MAA) antibodies, as predictors of lung disease in RA participants. Read Less
