This study is open to people aged 18 years or older with schizophrenia. People can join the study if they are willing to use a smartphone app called CT-155. This app is being developed to help people with schizophrenia manage their negative symptoms. The purpose of this study is to gather new information on CT-155. Researchers want to see how well it works, how well participants use the study app, and how it affects the use of health care services. Participants use the app for 16 weeks. They may continue using it for another 16 weeks. During the study, participants continue with their normal treatment for schizophrenia. Participants are in the study for about a year. During this time, they visit the study site every 2 months. During this study, doctors regularly check participants' schizophrenia symptoms and overall quality of life. Researchers may also compare the healthcare data of study participants with a similar group of people with schizophrenia who are not part of the study. Migraine is a disease that most often causes moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. The goals of the study are to evaluate adverse events and how well treatment of atogepant works compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but contains no medicine) in preventing chronic migraine in participants between 12 and 17 years of age. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved in the United States and Europe for the preventive treatment of migraine in adult patients with migraine and is being studied for the preventative treatment of chronic migraine in participants between the ages of 12 and 17 years. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to be treated with either atogepant or placebo. This study is double-blinded, which means that neither the patients nor the study doctors know who is given which study treatment. Approximately 420 participants 12 to 17 years of age with chronic migraine will be enrolled at approximately 70 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral tablets of atogepant or placebo once daily for 12 weeks and will be followed for 4 weeks. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and the effects of treatment will be checked by completion of a daily diary, medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects, and completing questionnaires. Patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) often have concomitant coronary artery disease (CAD) which may adversely affect prognosis. There is uncertainty about the benefits and the optimal timing of revascularization for such patients. There is currently clinical equipoise regarding the management of concomitant CAD in patients undergoing TAVR. Some centers perform routine revascularization with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) (either before or after TAVR), while others follow an alternative strategy of medical management. The potential benefits and optimal timing of PCI in these patients are unknown. As TAVR expands to lower risk patients, and potentially becomes the preferred therapy for the majority of patients with severe aortic stenosis, the optimal management of concomitant coronary artery disease will be of increasing importance. The COMPLETE TAVR study will determine whether, on a background of guideline-directed medical therapy, a strategy of complete revascularization involving staged PCI using drug eluting stents to treat all suitable coronary artery lesions is superior to a strategy of medical therapy alone in reducing the composite outcome of Cardiovascular Death, new Myocardial Infarction, Ischemia-driven Revascularization or Hospitalization for Unstable Angina or Heart Failure. The study will be a randomized, multicenter, open-label trial with blinded adjudication of outcomes. Patients will be screened and consented for elective transfemoral TAVR and randomized within 96 hours of successful balloon expandable TAVR. Complete Revascularization: Staged PCI using third generation drug eluting stents to treat all suitable coronary artery lesions in vessels that are at least 2.5 mm in diameter and that are amenable to treatment with PCI and have a ≥70% visual angiographic diameter stenosis. Staged PCI can occur any time from 1 to 45 days post successful transfemoral TAVR. Vs. Medical Therapy Alone: No further revascularization of coronary artery lesions. All patients, regardless of randomized treatment allocation, will receive guideline-directed medical therapy consisting of risk factor modification and use of evidence-based therapies. The COMPLETE TAVR study will help address the current lack of evidence in this area. It will likely impact both the global delivery of health care and the management and clinical outcomes of all patients undergoing TAVR with concomitant CAD. Read Less

The main purpose of this study is to measure how well imlunestrant works compared to standard hormone therapy in participants with early breast cancer that is estrogen receptor positive (ER+) and human epidermal receptor 2 negative (HER2-). This is a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AZD0780 in adults with clinical ASCVD or who are at risk for a first ASCVD event and who have elevated LDL-C. AZD0780 is a small molecule that reduces the amount of LDL-C in the blood. Placebo will be used for comparison, and neither the participants nor the Investigators will know who is receiving the AZD0780 medication and who is receiving the placebo until the end of study. More than 15 million family caregivers provide support for individuals with Alzheimer's disease (AD) or related dementias. This number is expected to grow with the increasing population of persons with dementia (PWD). Stress in caregivers to older adults with chronic diseases is already a significant public health issue because it is associated with multiple negative physical and mental health outcomes for the caregiver (e.g., depression, cardiovascular disease) and can negatively impact the health of the PWD as well. Importantly, stress levels are even higher in female than male caregivers and in caregivers to PWD than other chronic conditions that affect older adults. There are numerous interventions to improve well-being in caregivers to PWD, but only two have been shown to moderately improve caregiver depression and quality of life in the PWD. However, both of the interventions are time and energy intensive. One promising candidate to reduce stress and improve quality of life is the endogenous neuropeptide oxytocin (OXT). Intranasal OXT interventions have been shown to successfully reduce stress and increase quality of life in other populations, including patients with borderline personality disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety Disorder, and Depressive Disorder. This study will assess the efficacy and safety of intranasal oxytocin (OXT) to improve the quality of life and reduce chronic stress levels in the caregivers to PWD. Participants will be randomly enrolled to one of three groups: 12 IU intranasal oxytocin, 24 IU intranasal oxytocin or placebo. The study drug will be administered daily for 21 days. Read Less

There are many available treatments for pulmonary embolism (PE), but the best treatment for this condition is not known. The HI-PEITHO study will compare two treatment options that are both available on the market for the treatment of PE. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to receive either blood thinners (anticoagulation) or blood thinners (anticoagulation) in combination with a device called the EkoSonicTM Endovascular device to dissolve blood clots. Patients will be followed for 12 months after randomization and have assessments while in the hospital as well as at 7 days, 30 days, 6 months and 12 months after randomization. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) as a monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab,. Bevacizumab is an approved product, while Budigalimab and Azirkitug (ABBV-514) are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) in monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab. Approximately 512 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive Azirkitug (ABBV-514) as a monotherapy or in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
