In this study, researchers will learn how the body processes litifilimab when it is given under the skin in 3 different ways. Currently, ongoing studies utilize pre-filled syringes (PFS) that can deliver litifilimab subcutaneously (SC), also known as under the skin. In this study, researchers want to learn more about new ways of delivering litifilimab SC using either an autoinjector (AI) or an on-body injector (OBI): Both devices are designed to deliver litifilimab in an automatic way, especially helping patients who may not be able to use their hands very well, or who may be afraid of needles. While the AI is handheld, the OBI device works by being placed on the skin and can help deliver the highest amount of litifilimab through a single injection. The main objective of this study is to learn how the body processes litifilimab after using the AI device or the OBI device, as compared to using the PFS method. The main questions researchers want to answer are: * What is the highest amount of litifilimab found in the blood after dosing? How much total litifilimab is found in the blood throughout the study? Researchers will also learn more about: Any medical problems the participants have during the study * Any injection site pain or reactions the participants may have. Any skin reactions to the OBI device * Any changes in the participants' overall health after receiving litifilimab. This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 4 weeks, after which selected participants will check into their study research center. * Participants will be randomly assigned to be in Part 1 or Part 2 of the study: * Part 1: Participants will receive SC injection(s) of litifilimab through either the AI device or through PFS. * Part 2: Participants will receive SC injection(s) of litifilimab through the OBI device or through PFS. * Participants will remain at their study research center for the first 8 days. After that, there will be a follow-up period for 17 weeks during which participants return to the center a total of 6 times. Each participant will be in the study for about 22 weeks. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether enhanced dermatologic management can reduce incidence of grade greater than or equal to (\>=) 2 dermatologic adverse events of interest (DAEIs) when compared with standard-of-care skin management in participants with locally advanced or metastatic stage IIIB/C-IV epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated first-line with amivantamab and lazertinib. A substudy will enroll participants from Arms A and B who experience specific new-onset or persistent DAEIs (Grade \>=2) during treatment with intravenous (IV) amivantamab and lazertinib. This is a first-in-human (FIH), open label Phase 1/1b / Phase 2 study in patients with advanced metastatic solid tumors refractory to standard treatment. Phase 1 will identify potential optimal biologically relevant doses (OBRD) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of MBRC-101 at one 1 or more dosing regimens. Phase 1b will evaluate the safety and preliminary clinical activity of MBRC-101 at potential OBRDs. The goal of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the FloStent, a medical device used to treat men with symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, compared to sham (procedure without deployment of the FloStent). All participants will undergo a flexible cystoscopy and those randomized to the treatment arm will receive the FloStent, while those randomized to the sham arm will not receive the FloStent. The goal of this clinical trial is to is to determine the effects of baked potato with the skin (BP) + nutrition education focused on adherence for a Mediterranean Dietary Pattern (MEDNE) on glycemic control, cardiometabolic health, and dietary quality in individuals with pre-diabetes from different demographic backgrounds. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does BP+MEDNE contribute to improvements in indices of glycemic control, vascular function, blood lipids, inflammation/oxidative stress, and body composition? * Does BP+MEDNE contribute to improvements to overall dietary intake and quality? Researchers will compare BP+MEDNE to MEDNE alone to see if BP+MEDNE can improve glycemic control, cardiometabolic health, and dietary quality in individuals with pre-diabetes from different demographic backgrounds. Participants will: * Be asked to come to the study site initially for a Screening Study Visit to confirm eligibility. * Be asked to come the study site for a Pre-Baseline and Pre-12-Week Study Visit (one week prior to Baseline and 12-Week Study Visits) for placement of placement of a continuous glucose monitor and wearable devices to be removed at Baseline and 12-Week Study Visits. * Be asked to come to the study site for Baseline, 6- and 12-Week Study Visits for assessments of glycemic control and cardiometabolic health. * Be asked to complete 3-Day Food Records throughout the 12 week study period for assessment of dietary quality (5 total) * Receive pre-recorded MEDNE ( which can be accessed via computer device/ipad/smartphone) after Baseline and 6-Week Study Visits. * If randomized to the BP+MEDNE group, participants will receive pre-prepared baked potatoes with the skin for the 12-week study period (every 3 weeks) at Baseline and 6-Week Study Visits and asked to come to the study site for picking up the pre-prepared baked potatoes at weeks 3 and 9 of the study period. This is a placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, phase 3 multicenter study in subjects recently hospitalized for ACS and with the appropriate genetic profile. Subjects will provide informed consent before any study-specific procedures are performed. A separate informed consent will be allowed for an initial pre-screening genetic testing. Subjects meeting the AA genotype will then consent to the full study and confirmatory genetic testing as required. Subject enrollment may begin in the hospital and will continue following release from the hospital or may begin following release from hospital. Screening procedures may be performed at the time of the index ACS event or anytime thereafter, with the condition that randomization must occur within the mandated window (up to12 weeks after the index event). Subjects will be assessed based on their medical history. Those who are likely to qualify will undergo Genotype Assay testing to evaluate genetic determination for the presence of AA genotype.
