Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in New Jersey

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if using an intervention website (Mosaic) improves selected patient-reported outcomes in adult blood cancer patients undergoing allogeneic or autologous stem cell transplant, compared to using an educational website (control group). Patients will be recruited prior to their scheduled transplant, then randomized to use one of these two study websites throughout the study. They will complete five assessments during the study: one before transplant (baseline) and four after transplant (2, 4, 6, and 8 month follow-ups). The main questions this trial aims to answer are: 1. Compared to patients using the control group website, do patients using the intervention website report greater improvements in general psychological distress, cancer treatment-related distress, physical symptoms, and health-related quality of life? 2. Are these benefits at least partially explained by improvements in perceived preparedness, self-efficacy, and approach coping and/or reductions in avoidant coping and perceived stress? 3. Do some patients benefit more from using the intervention website than others? Specifically, we will examine whether patients' primary language (English/Spanish) and their initial psychological distress are related to the benefit they get from using the intervention website. This study is researching an investigational drug, odronextamab, in adult patients B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL). The main purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of odronextamab in destroying cancer cells and to learn more about the safety of odronextamab. Research has shown that music-based activities may help improve brain functions, such as attention, memory, and executive function. Because of this past research, the researchers are doing this study to find out whether telehealth music therapy is a practical treatment for cognitive difficulties in blood cancer survivors. The researchers will also study whether music therapy and music education help improve cognitive function and other common symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and/or tiredness. Read Less

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. Another separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent venetoclax. This phase II trial studies the effect of duvelisib or CC-486 and usual chemotherapy consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide, and prednisone in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as CC-486, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for treating peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Read Less

The researchers are doing this study to find out whether a very low dose of radiation therapy (VLDRT) is an effective treatment for people with follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) and works as well as the standard dose of radiation therapy. The researchers will see if VLDRT works against cancer in the area that is currently affected by cancer and if the therapy prevents new spots of lymphoma from developing. The researchers will also compare VLDRT with the standard dose of radiation therapy to see if VLDRT causes fewer side effects. Radiation therapy uses beams of intense energy to kill cancer cells. Standard doses of radiation therapy can cause short- and long-term side effects. Researchers think VLDRT may be as effective as standard doses, and, because VLDRT uses less radiation, researchers think VLDRT may cause fewer side effects than standard doses. Read Less

This is a randomized, open-label study in adult patients who have completed standard first line therapy for large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and achieved a complete response or partial response suitable for observation, but who have minimal residual disease (MRD) as detected by the Foresight CLARITY™ Investigational Use Only (IUO) MRD test, powered by PhasED-Seq™. The purpose of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of consolidation with cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), an allogeneic CD19 CAR T product, as compared to standard of care observation. The study is conducted in 2 consecutive parts that will be enrolled continuously. In Part A of the study, participants with MRD are randomized to one of two treatment arms or an observation arm. Treatment includes cema-cel following a lymphodepletion regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide administered with or without the anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, ALLO-647. Part A will culminate with the selection of the lymphodepletion regimen to advance to Part B. Part B will evaluate the selected lymphodepletion regimen followed by cema-cel as compared with observation. Read Less
