Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in New Jersey

This is a randomized, open-label study in adult patients who have completed standard first line of therapy for large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and achieved a complete response or partial response suitable for observation, but who have minimal residual disease (MRD) as detected by the Foresight CLARITY™ Investigational Use Only (IUO) MRD test, powered by PhasED-Seq™. The purpose of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of consolidation with cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), an allogeneic CD19 CAR T product, as compared to standard of care observation. The study is conducted in 2 consecutive parts that will be enrolled continuously. In Part A of the study, participants with MRD are randomized to one of two treatment arms or an observation arm. Treatment includes cema-cel following a lymphodepletion regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide administered with or without the anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, ALLO-647. Part A will culminate with the selection of the lymphodepletion regimen to advance to Part B. The purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug called ruxolitinib. Ruxolitinib works by blocking a protein called JAK. JAK works along with another protein called STAT and is important for survival of many T or NK-cell lymphomas. By blocking JAK, ruxolitinib may cause T or NK-cell lymphomas to shrink. Read Less

This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infections. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have lymphoma, such as classical Hodgkin lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma including systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, or types of primary cutaneous lymphoma. This clinical trial uses a drug called SGN-35T. The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time SGN-35T will be used in people. The study drug will be given as an infusion through a vein. This study will test the safety of SGN-35T in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for SGN-35T. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-35T is and if it works to treat select lymphomas. Read Less

This is a pilot study; patients will receive 131-I apamistamab prior to CAR T-cell infusion in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose of 131-I apamistamab is exceeded at 75 mCi, and if so, to assess the safety of a step-down dose of 50 mCi. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug mogamulizumab is effective in preventing the development of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL) in people who are at higher risk for this type of cancer because they are infected with the HTLV-1 virus and because of changes seen in some of their immune system cells called T-cells. Phase 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability at different dose levels of repotrectinib in pediatric and young adult subjects with advanced or metastatic malignancies harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the gene ROS1 (ROS1), or neurotrophic receptor kinase genes encoding TRK kinase family (NTRK1-3) alterations to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) or Maximum Administered Dose (MAD) and select the Pediatric Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D). This study assesses how blood cell growth patterns (clonal hematopoiesis), relates to heart health or cardiovascular disease (CVD) after treatment in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. In some patients, cancer treatment at a young age may lead to later complications, including problems with heart health. Checking for blood cell growth patterns called therapy-related clonal hematopoiesis (t-CH) can help predict who might be at risk for heart health problems after Hodgkin lymphoma treatment. If doctors know who may be at greater risk for developing later heart complications, then they can more closely monitor those patients to prevent or detect heart complications early. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test whether BV-AVD is an effective treatment in people with early stage, bulky Hodgkin lymphoma that was recently diagnosed and who have not yet received any treatments for their disease. BV is a type of drug called an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). ADCs are a substance made up of a monoclonal antibody chemically linked to a drug. Antibodies are proteins made by the immune system to fight infections and other possible harms to the body. The monoclonal antibody binds to specific proteins or receptors found on certain types of cells, including cancer cells. The linked drug enters these cells and kills them without harming other cells. Researchers think BV may be an effective treatment for this type of cancer because the drug targets cells that have CD30, which play a role in cancer cell growth. By destroying these cells, BV may help slow or stop the growth of the cancer. AVD (doxorubicin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) is a treatment regimen that works by stopping the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. The researchers think that BV in combination with AVD may work better than AVD alone to slow or stop the growth of the cancer. Read Less
