TrAVeRse is a multicentre, open-label, randomised, Phase II study of AVR in treatment naïve MCL participants. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with usual combination chemotherapy (etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate [Oncovin], cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride [hydroxydaunorubicin hydrochloride], or "EPOCH") in treating adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma. Lenalidomide may help shrink or slow the growth of adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as prednisone lower the body's immune response and are used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. Giving lenalidomide and the usual combination chemotherapy may work better in treating adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma compared to the usual combination chemotherapy alone. Read Less

This study is being done to test the safety and effectiveness of pembrolizumab followed by radiation therapy in Hodgkin lymphoma. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective combining the research drug, pembrolizumab, with a targeted form of radiation therapy known as involved site radiotherapy can be in patients with relapsed or refractory early stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal is to see whether this treatment strategy can cure a significant number of patients with relapsed or refractory early stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma while avoiding the toxicity of either a large radiation field or further chemotherapy and stem cell transplant. This study will include patients with mature T-cell lymphoma (MTCL) that has been treated with at least one type of chemotherapy, but is not responding or coming back after the previous treatment. This clinical trial uses a drug called Brentuximab Vedotin. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Brentuximab Vedotin for sale in the United States for certain diseases. Brentuximab is still being studied in clinical trials like this one to learn more about what its side effects are and whether or not it is effective in the disease or condition being studied. Brentuximab Vedotin is a type of drug called an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). ADCs usually have 2 parts; a part that targets cancer cells (the antibody) and a cell killing part (the chemotherapy). Antibodies are proteins that are part of your immune system. They can stick to and attack specific targets on cells. The antibody part of Brentuximab Vedotin sticks to a target called CD30. CD30 is an important molecule on some cancer cells (including non Hodgkin lymphoma) and some normal cells of the immune system. The cell killing part of Brentuximab Vedotin is a chemotherapy called monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It can kill cells that the antibody part of Brentuximab Vedotin sticks to. Brentuximab Vedotin has also been shown to kill cancer cells with levels of CD30 that cannot be seen by traditional methods. This study is being done to test if the study drug has an effect on Mature T cell Lymphoma with such low levels of a target called CD30 and how your disease respond to the study drug. Read Less

BrUOG-401 is a prospective, single-arm, phase 2 trial of first-line therapy in adult patients with previously untreated FL or MZL. All patients will be assigned the same initial treatment plan, modified by interim response assessment (IRA) after Cycle 4. All patients will start treatment with four 21-day cycles (C1-4) of mosunetuzumab alone (using step-up dosing during C1), followed by IRA. Patients who achieve CR at IRA will continue with additional 4 cycles (C5-8) of mosunetuzumab. Patients who achieve PR at IRA will receive mosunetuzumab with lenalidomide augmentation during C5-8. The purpose of this study is to see how cancer treatment affects sexual and reproductive function. The patient will also be asked to participate in blood draws to see if and how cancer treatment affects the ovaries and the ability to have children (fertility). The purpose of this study is to better understand the genetic causes of Hodgkin's disease (a kind of lymphoma) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as multiple myeloma, leukemia, and related diseases. The doctors have identified the patient because 1) they have had a lymphoproliferative disorder such as lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma, and have a family member with one of these disorders or 2) they are a member of a family with a lymphoproliferative disorder, including Hodgkin's disease and/or, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or a second cancer after Hodgkin's disease. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of NKTR-255 following CD19-directed chimeric antigen (CAR)-T cell therapy in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). NKTR-255 is an investigational IL-15 receptor agonist designed to boost the immune system's natural ability to fight cancer. T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. Chimeric antigen (CAR)-T cell product consists of genetically engineered T-cells, modified to recognize CD19, a protein on the surface of cancer cells. These CD19-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill CD19-positive cancer cells. Giving NKTR-255 following the treatment with CD19 CAR-T cell therapy may work better in treating large B-cell lymphoma than either drug alone. Read Less
