The state of New Jersey currently has 93 active clinical trials seeking participants for Lymphoma research studies. These trials are conducted in various cities, including New Brunswick, Hackensack, Newark and Morristown.
ID Of Prognostic Factors In Mycosis Fungoides/Sezary Syndrome
Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to develop a prognostic index model for the rare disease of mycosis fungoides and sezary syndrome. This will be done by collecting standardized clinical data at various institutions. The investigators hope this will enable the identification of low- and high-risk groups for survival in order to improve patient care and outcome.

Epcoritamab Compared to Observation for Treating B-cell Lymphoma Patients Not in Complete Remission After CD19-directed CAR-T Therapy
Recruiting
This phase II trial compares epcoritamab to standard practice (observation) for the treatment of patients with B-cell lymphomas who are not in complete remission after treatment with CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. Epcoritamab is a bispecific antibody. It works by simultaneously attaching to a molecule called CD20 on cancerous B-cells and a molecule called CD3 on effector T-cells, which are a type of immune cell. When epcoritamab binds to CD20 and CD3, it brings t... Read More

Brentuximab Vedotin and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Patients with Relapsed/refractory Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial investigates how well brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab work in treating patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back after initial treatment (relapsed) or has not responded to initial treatment (refractory). Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Nivolumab is an antibody that enhances the immune sys... Read More

Loncastuximab Tesirine in Combination With Rituximab in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

Measuring Cell-Free DNA (cfDNA) Levels in People With Follicular Lymphoma
Recruiting
The researchers are doing this study to measure and test cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in the blood before, during, and after first-line treatment for follicular lymphoma. They will look at whether cfDNA levels are related to a person's response to the usual first-line treatment for follicular lymphoma. Researchers also want to understand how different genetic changes in follicular lymphoma relate to a person's response to the usual first-line treatment.

Recruiting
This is a multi-center, open-label phase II study to assess the efficacy of a novel fitness-adapted regimen in previously untreated older patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma. All participants will receive up to a total of 8 cycles of pembrolizumab (Q6 week dosing). The first cycle of pembrolizumab will be administered in combination with brentuximab vedotin (BV) ("lead-in treatment").
