The study is researching an experimental drug called REGN5837 in combination with another experimental drug, odronextamab. The aim of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drugs are, and to define the recommended dose for phase 2 for the combination. The study is focused on patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs). The study consists of two parts. Part 1 determines the safety and tolerability of BGB-11417 (sonrotoclax) monotherapy, the maximum tolerated dose, and the recommended Phase 2 dose of BGB-11417 monotherapy for relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma. This Pediatric MATCH screening and multi-sub-study phase II trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in pediatric patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphomas, or histiocytic disorders that have progressed following at least one line of standard systemic therapy and/or for which no standard treatment exists that has been shown to prolong survival. This phase III trial compares early treatment with venetoclax and obinutuzumab versus delayed treatment with venetoclax and obinutuzumab in patients with newly diagnosed high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Starting treatment with the venetoclax and obinutuzumab early (before patients have symptoms) may have better outcomes for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma compared to starting treatment with the venetoclax and obinutuzumab after patients show symptoms.
