This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib. KB707-01 is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study. The study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, refused standard of care therapy, or for whom there is no standard of care therapy as well as the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and immunologic effect of KB707 administered in combination with Opdualag to subjects with unresectable or metastatic melanoma. Subjects in dose escalation (Cohorts 1 through 3) and dose expansion (Cohort 4) will receive intratumoral injections of KB707 approximately every three weeks. Cohorts 1 through 4 are closed to new enrollment. Dose expansion Cohort 5 and Cohort 6 will evaluate subjects with advanced melanoma. Subjects in Cohort 5 will receive intratumoral injections of KB707 biweekly (q2w), delivered in combination with Opdualag (dosed every q4w per prescribing information). Subjects in Cohort 6 will receive intratumoral injections of KB707 biweekly (q2w), delivered in combination with Keytruda (dosed every q6w per prescribing information). The Sponsor is developing KB707, a replication-defective, non-integrating herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1)-derived vector that is designed to stimulate an anti-tumor immune response through the production of cytokines delivered to the airways of people with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs via nebulization. This Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, or refused standard of care therapy, as well as the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and immunologic effect of KB707 administered in combination with Keytruda, with or without chemotherapy, to subjects with advanced NSCLC. The study will include a dose escalation portion for single agent KB707 using a standard 3+3 design followed by a dose expansion portion to further evaluate single agent KB707 at a dose determined by preliminary data in the dose escalation phase. Subjects in the dose escalation (Cohorts 1 and 2) and dose expansion (Cohort 4) will receive KB707 via nebulization weekly for three weeks, then every three weeks. The dose escalation portion of the study has now closed, and the Cohort 2 dose was selected for evaluation in dose expansion. Dose expansion Cohorts 5 and 6 will evaluate subjects with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Subjects in Cohorts 5 and 6 will receive inhaled KB707 per treatment day once every 2 weeks (q2w), delivered in combination with Keytruda (once every 6 weeks). The goal of the DRAGON PLC clinical trial is to determine whether portal vein embolization (PVE) combined with hepatic vein embolization (HVE) improves resectability and overall survival in patients with initially unresectable primary liver cancer compared to standard PVE alone. This trial specifically focuses on patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. The main questions this trial aims to answer are whether combined PVE and HVE increases the proportion of patients who become resectable within 3 weeks and improves 5-year overall survival compared to PVE alone by enhancing liver hypertrophy. Participants will: * Undergo either standard PVE or combined PVE and HVE. * Have regular imaging to assess liver resectability. * Be monitored for survival outcomes up to 5 years after intervention. This research study is being conducted to improve the quality of care of participants who have a diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer (anal, colon, rectal, esophageal, stomach, small bowel, appendix, pancreas, gall bladder, liver, neuroendocrine tumor of gastrointestinal origin). This study has 3 components as follows- 1. Ensuring appropriate biomarker testing and evidence-based care: Biomarkers are molecules in the tumor or blood that indicate normal or abnormal processes in participant's body and may indicate an underlying condition or disease. Various molecules, such as DNA (genes), proteins, or hormones, can serve as biomarkers since they all indicate something about participant's health. Biomarker testing can also help choose participant's treatment. Additionally, a tumor board will be conducted periodically to provide treatment recommendations to participant's treating physician. Participants will receive standard-of-care treatment if participant enroll in this study. Participant will not receive any experimental treatment. 2. Assistance with clinical trial enrollment. The study team will help participants enroll in a clinical trial appropriate for participant's condition. However, enrolling in a clinical trial is totally up to the participant. 3. Health literacy: The study team will provide information relevant to participant's diagnosis to enrich participant's understanding of participant's condition and treatment.
