Urothelial carcinoma (UC) is the ninth most common cancer type worldwide. While the treatment of front-line metastatic urothelial carcinoma (mUC) has improved, there remains a high unmet need for effective therapies for participants who have recurrent disease and disease that has progressed after frontline treatment. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of mUC. There are 3 treatment arms in this study and participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at one of 2 different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), or either docetaxel, paclitaxel, or gemcitabine (based on investigator's choice). Approximately 150 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 56 sites worldwide. In arm 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A) in combination with IV infused budigalimab. In arm 2, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (dose B) in combination with IV infused budigalimab. In arm 3 (control), participants will receive the investigator's choice: IV infused or injected docetaxel; IV infused or injected paclitaxel; or IV infused gemcitabine. The estimated duration of the study is up to approximately 3.5 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding tivozanib to standard therapy pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone for the treatment of patients with high-risk renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Tivozanib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving pembrolizumab and tivozanib together may work better than pembrolizumab alone in treating patients with RCC. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of low dose tamoxifen to usual hormonal therapy, including aromatase inhibitors, in treating post-menopausal women with hormone positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Tamoxifen is in a class of medications known as antiestrogens. It blocks the activity of estrogen (a female hormone) in the breast. This may stop the growth of some breast tumors that need estrogen to grow. Aromatase inhibitors, such as anastrozole, letrozole, and exemestane, prevent the formation of estradiol, a female hormone, by interfering with an aromatase enzyme. Aromatase inhibitors are used as a type of hormone therapy to treat postmenopausal women with hormone-dependent breast cancer. PREVENTABLE is a multi-center, randomized, parallel group, placebo-controlled superiority study. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to atorvastatin 40 mg or placebo. This large study conducted in community-dwelling older adults without cardiovascular disease (CVD) or dementia will demonstrate the benefit of statins for reducing the primary composite of death, dementia, and persistent disability and secondary composites including mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and cardiovascular events. This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab in combination with other drugs for the treatment of a blood cancer called multiple myeloma. Linvoseltamab has previously been studied as a single agent (without other cancer treatments) in participants with multiple myeloma that returned after prior therapies and needed to be treated again. In the initial study, some participants treated with linvoseltamab had improvement of their myeloma, including complete responses (no evidence of myeloma in their bodies). This study is the first time linvoseltamab will be combined with other cancer therapies. The main goal is to understand if linvoseltamab can be given safely with other cancer treatments, and if so, what dose of linvoseltamab should be used for each combination. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How many participants treated with linvoseltamab in combination with each of the other cancer treatments have improvement of their multiple myeloma * What side effects may happen from taking linvoseltamab together with another cancer treatment * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug(s) (which could make the study drug(s) less effective or could lead to side effects) Read Less
