Study of CTO1681 for the Prevention and Treatment of CRS in DLBCL Patients Receiving CAR T-Cell Therapy
Recruiting
This is an interventional study to evaluate the use of CTO1681 in preventing or reducing CAR T-cell-induced toxicities like cytokine release syndrome (CRS). This study will enroll adult patients with DLBCL who are scheduled to receive CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy. The first phase of the study will be open label with dose escalation. Participants will start taking CTO1681 just prior to receiving their CAR T-cell therapy and continue to take the study drug three times daily for a total of 15... Read More

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trazodone Effects on Sleep and Blood Pressure in Insomnia
Recruiting
Individuals who have insomnia with short sleep duration (ISS) differ from individuals who have insomnia with normal sleep duration (INS) in terms of health risks (i.e., hypertension) and treatment response. This study will examine whether patients with ISS and INS demonstrate a differential response to two common insomnia treatments. One is behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). The other is a widely prescribed, non-habit-forming medication, trazodone used at a low dose.... Read More

Project REST: Regulation of Eating and Sleep Topography
Recruiting
Overweight/obesity and inadequate sleep are prevalent, and frequently co-occurring, health risks among children, both of which are associated with serious medical and psychosocial health complications including risk for cardiovascular disease. Although the investigator's data suggest that disrupted or shortened sleep may be causally associated with increased energy intake and weight gain in children, and with self-regulation and neural response to food cues in adults, understanding of mechanisms...
