The main purpose of this study is to assess how olomorasib gets into the blood stream and how long it takes the body to remove it when administered to participants with mild, moderate and severe impaired liver function compared to participants with normal liver function. This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to measure whether PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) is safe and can help the body to develop germ-fighting agents called "antibodies" (immunogenicity) compared with 15vPCV (Vaxneuvance, licensed pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) when they are administered with routine pediatric vaccines in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 112 days). The study duration per participant will be up to approximately 20 months. The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 15-valent pneumococcal vaccines) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, and 11 to 15 months of age or at approximately 2, 3, 4, and 11 to 15 months of age (for preterm infants). In this study, researchers will learn how the body processes litifilimab when it is given under the skin in 3 different ways. Currently, ongoing studies utilize pre-filled syringes (PFS) that can deliver litifilimab subcutaneously (SC), also known as under the skin. In this study, researchers want to learn more about new ways of delivering litifilimab SC using either an autoinjector (AI) or an on-body injector (OBI): Both devices are designed to deliver litifilimab in an automatic way, especially helping patients who may not be able to use their hands very well, or who may be afraid of needles. While the AI is handheld, the OBI device works by being placed on the skin and can help deliver the highest amount of litifilimab through a single injection. The main objective of this study is to learn how the body processes litifilimab after using the AI device or the OBI device, as compared to using the PFS method. The main questions researchers want to answer are: * What is the highest amount of litifilimab found in the blood after dosing? How much total litifilimab is found in the blood throughout the study? Researchers will also learn more about: Any medical problems the participants have during the study * Any injection site pain or reactions the participants may have. Any skin reactions to the OBI device * Any changes in the participants' overall health after receiving litifilimab. This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 4 weeks, after which selected participants will check into their study research center. * Participants will be randomly assigned to be in Part 1 or Part 2 of the study: * Part 1: Participants will receive SC injection(s) of litifilimab through either the AI device or through PFS. * Part 2: Participants will receive SC injection(s) of litifilimab through the OBI device or through PFS. * Participants will remain at their study research center for the first 8 days. This study is open to adults aged between 18 and 80 years of age with a body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 42 kg/m². People with or without liver problems can take part in the study. The purpose of this study is to find out how much of a medicine called BI 1291583 gets into the blood of people with and without liver problems. BI 1291583 is being developed to treat people with bronchiectasis, a chronic disease of the lungs. People living with this condition often also have liver problems. Therefore, it is important to find out whether liver problems influence the amount of BI 1291583 that gets into the blood. Study participants receive a single dose of BI 1291583 as a tablet taken by mouth. Participants are divided into 4 groups based on how well their liver works: 1 group without liver problems, and 3 groups with mild, moderate, and severe liver problems. Each participant without liver problems is matched with participants from the other groups based on factors such as age, sex, smoking habits, and body weight to ensure accurate comparisons. Participants are in the study for about 3 months. They stay for 3 days at the study site and also visit the study site up to 9 times. During these visits, the doctors collect information about participants' health. To assess the study endpoints, the doctors regularly take blood samples from the participants. Background: During the first few decades of life, the brain changes dramatically in shape and function. Sleep lets researchers measure these changes. Researchers want to create a database of sleep and neurodevelopmental data in a group of infants and children to learn more. Objective: To address a knowledge and data gap in the field of sleep and neurodevelopment in infants and children. Eligibility: Children ages 6 months to 76 months who may or may not be at risk for neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders. Also, children ages 6 months to 8 years who have a referral for a sleep study. Design: Participants will have neurodevelopmental testing. They will have a medical, psychiatric, and family history. They will have a physical and neurological exam. They will be interviewed and complete surveys. They will give a cheek swab and/or blood sample. Some participants will have 1 study visit that lasts 2 days. Other participants will have up to 4 study visits. Each visit will last 2 days. Visits occur every 8 months to 1 year, for a total participation time of 2 years. Participants will have a 20-minute daytime electroencephalogram (EEG), if possible. This EEG session will be used to calibrate the machine for the overnight study. Participants will take part in an inpatient overnight sleep study. Electrodes will be placed on the participants. For young children, parents will help place the EEG leads. Other sensors may also be placed. A gauze cap will be placed on participants head to protect the leads and keep the participants from moving them. 'Lights out' will occur as close to participants bedtime as possible. Read Less

The main aim of this study is to understand how moderate and severe liver impairment (based on the Child-Pugh classification) affects the body's processing of a single dose of 10 mg maximum of palovarotene, compared to healthy participants with normal liver function. The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of the single dose of palovarotene. Participants will be enrolled in stages and divided into three groups based on their liver function: * Group 1: Healthy participants with normal liver function * Group 2: Participants with moderate liver impairment * Group 3: Participants with severe liver impairment (only enrolled if Group 2 results are safe and acceptable) Blood samples will be taken to assess how the drug binds to proteins in the blood. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well LY4005130 is tolerated and what side effects may occur in healthy participants. The study drug will be administered either subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin) or intravenously (IV) (into a vein in the arm). Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY4005130 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it.
