Trial Of PreoperAtive Radiation (TOPAz): A Randomized Trial Comparing Hypofractionated Versus Conventionally Fractionated Preoperative Radiation Followed by Mastectomy With Immediate Autologous Breast Reconstruction With Integrated Nanomechanical Biomarker Evaluation
Recruiting
To compare the outcomes of and responses to 2 different radiation therapy schedules (the standard radiation amount and number of doses versus less radiation and fewer doses) that are being given before having breast cancer surgery (cancer removal and reconstruction).

A Study to Evaluate Safety, Tolerability and Preliminary Activity of AGX101 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
AGX101 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy for tumor-forming cancers. The purpose of this study is to learn about AGX101 effects and safety at various dose levels in an all-comers advanced solid cancer patient population. AGX101will be administered intravenously. Dosing of AGX101 will be repeated once every 3, 6 or 9 weeks. Participants may continue study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or consent withdrawal. Subjects will attend an end of treatment visit and... Read More

Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Efficacy of BTX-9341 in Advanced and/or Metastatic Breast Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test BTX-9341 alone or in combination with fulvestrant (a currently marketed medication for breast cancer) in participants with advanced and/or metastatic hormone receptor positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer. The study includes a dose escalation part (Part A) where small groups of participants will receive increasing doses of BTX-9341 or BTX-9341 + fulvestrant followed by a dose expansion part (Part B) where parti...
