Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Recruiting
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-approved, non-invasive form of brain stimulation for OCD. TMS has been shown to be an effective form of treatment in individuals with OCD. By using a form of TMS termed theta-burst stimulation (TBS), we hope that this will result in a more effective treatment by producing faster symptom reduction. We are trialing a novel form of accelerated TMS, where we will deliver ten 10-minute sessions per day, for 5 days. This study will compare the efficacy of TMS for OCD at two distinct brain regions. Participants will be randomized into one of two study groups, and receive stimulation at either the DMPFC or R-OFC. Both regions have been linked to OCD by research. Patients that don't respond to their study region will have the option to receive stimulation at the other region.

Baylor Infant and Toddler Biomarker of Nutrition Study
Recruiting
Young children rely on their foods and drinks for the nutrients they need to grow, like energy, protein, vitamins, and minerals. In addition to nutrients, there are substances in fruits, vegetables, milk and formula, called phytochemicals, that can support health. While researchers know more about the role of phytochemicals in adult health, researchers know surprisingly little about how phytochemicals can support health in young children. One group of phytochemicals are called the carotenoids. C... Read More

A Study of LY3437943 in Participants With Impaired and Normal Liver Function
Recruiting
The main purpose of this study is to measure how much of LY3437943 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it in participants with mild, moderate and severe impaired liver function compared to healthy participants with normal liver function. The safety and tolerability of LY3437943 will also be evaluated. The study may last up to 9 weeks for each participant including the screening period.

A Study of LY3971297 in Healthy Participants and Participants With Obesity and Hypertension
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to measure side effects of LY3971297 injection administered under the skin in healthy participants and obese participants with high blood pressure (BP). Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY3971297 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. This is a 7-part study. The study duration will be approximately 60 days for Parts A and F, and approximately 90 days for Parts B, C, D, E, and G.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training on the Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL)
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to identify any differences in elbow ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) relative thickness and joint space laxity in the dominant arm following an 8-week course of low intensity resistance exercises with blood flow restriction (BFR) exercises in healthy volunteers. The main questions it aims to answer are:
1. Do BFR exercises contribute to a change in the relative ligament thickness of the UCL, and changes in the ulnohumeral joint space?
2. Are there changes in a... Read More

A Study to Find Out How Multiple Doses of BIIB091 Affect the Electrical Activity of the Heart in Healthy Participants
Recruiting
In this study, researchers will learn how the heart reacts to multiple doses of BIIB091 in healthy participants. In previous studies looking at BIIB091, researchers have found that a certain range of doses can cause changes in the electrical activity of the heart. In this study, researchers want to learn more about that activity after participants take BIIB091 at lower and higher doses for 5 days. The main objective of this study is to learn how the heart's electrical activity changes after taki... Read More
