This main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the study drug tazemetostat. The pharmacokinetics of the study drug in participants with advanced solid tumors and moderate or severe hepatic (liver) impairment will be compared with participants with advanced malignancies and normal hepatic function. An advanced malignancy is a cancer that has recurred (come back) after prior treatment or hasn't controlled with treatment. Immune therapies work with the body's immune system to treat a number of cancers. They work with T-cells, a type of white blood cell, to target and attack specific tumors. However, some tumors can become resistant to attack by T-cells over time. They do this by sending "off" signals to T-cells. The researchers are finding ways to switch the T-cells back on. Before a treatment can be approved for use, clinical studies need to be done. This study will provide more information on ASP1570 in adults with advanced solid tumors. ASP1570 will either be given by itself, or given with another medicine called pembrolizumab, or given with a standard cancer therapy. The main aims of this study are： * To check the safety of ASP1570 * To check how well ASP1570 is tolerated * To find a suitable dose of ASP1570 This study is for adults with advanced solid tumors. Their tumor has either grown outside of the area where it started (locally advanced and unresectable) or it has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). Their cancer gets worse after standard therapy or they are unable to have standard therapy. The study doctors can give more advice about who can take part. This study will be in 2 parts. In Part 1, the most suitable dose of ASP1570 to give to people with advanced solid tumors will be worked out. Different small groups of people with advanced solid tumors will take lower to higher doses of ASP1570. People will either be given ASP1570 by itself, ASP1570 with another medicine called pembrolizumab, or ASP1570 with a standard cancer therapy. The study treatment given depends on the type of cancer people have. There are different doses of ASP1570, with each group staying on the same dose. There is just 1 dose of pembrolizumab. The dose of a standard cancer therapy depends on its label. After taking the lowest dose of ASP1570, the first group will be checked for medical problems. The next group can only take the higher dose of ASP1570 if the first group tolerates the lowest dose . This will continue in the same way for each group. Each group will take tablets of ASP1570 either once or twice every day in a 21-day cycle. People taking part in Japan will stay in hospital for up to 21 days during the first treatment cycle only. People will continue with more treatment cycles on the same dose unless they can't tolerate the study treatment, their cancer gets worse or the study doctor decides that person should stop treatment. People who also receive treatment with pembrolizumab will be infused with pembrolizumab on the first day of every other cycle of ASP1570 (once every 6 weeks). People who are receiving standard cancer therapy (with ASP1570) will be treated according to its label. In Part 2, different small groups of people with advanced solid tumors will take the most suitable dose of ASP1570 worked out from Part 1. The dose will not go above the highest dose that people could tolerate from Part 1. Some groups of people will have specific advanced tumors. These include colorectal cancer or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC for short). Again, each group will take tablets of ASP1570 once or twice every day in a 21-day or 28-day cycle. People with NSCLC will also receive docetaxel, one of the standard cancer therapies. People with stable colorectal cancer (known as CRC with microsatellite stability, or MSS-CRC) will also receive another standard cancer therapy called TAS-102 with bevacizumab. The standard cancer therapies will be given according to their label. People with solid tumors will also receive pembrolizumab on the first day of every other cycle of ASP1570 (once every 6 weeks). All groups will continue with more treatment cycles with ASP1570 by itself with pembrolizumab, or with one of the standard cancer therapies unless they can't tolerate the study treatment, their cancer gets worse or the study doctor decides that person should stop treatment. The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment. This is a Phase 1 single-arm open-label study of letermovir in neonates with symptomatic congenital Cytomegalovirus (CMV) disease. There will be two groups enrolled. Group 1 will be comprised of 4 subjects. Following documentation study inclusion and signing of informed consent, Group 1 subjects will receive one dose of oral letermovir (Study Day 0), using the dose bands. A full pharmacokinetics (PK) profile will then be obtained over the next 24 hours, and blood specimens will be shipped immediately to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Pharmacokinetic Lab and processed in real time. Within = 7 days, pharmacokinetics (PK) results will be conveyed to the study site. If the Area Under the Curve (AUC24) is =100,000 ngxhr/mL (see footnote a in Table 1), the subject will initiate a 14-day course of once-daily oral letermovir at the same dose as utilized on Dose Finding Day. This duration of letermovir therapy was selected based upon our earlier observation in this population that patients with symptomatic congenital Cytomegalovirus (CMV) disease who achieve viral suppression to =2.5 log by day 14 of valganciclovir therapy and then maintain it over the next 4 months are statistically more likely to have improved hearing across the first two years of life (22). If the observed letermovir exposure of the subject is \> 100,000 ngxhr/mL, the once-daily oral letermovir dose that will be used will be adjusted down in 2.5 mg increments. Oral valganciclovir (16 mg/kg/dose BID) will begin within the first month of life, as standard of care; initiation of valganciclovir can be concomitant with or prior to initiation of the 14-day course of letermovir (but will not start before obtaining the pharmacokinetics (PK) specimens following the single dose of letermovir on the Dose Finding Day). This is similar to the intensification approach that has been evaluated in the management of patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus (23-25). The day that the 14-day course of letermovir begins for Group 1 subjects will be known as Study Day 1. Serial blood samples will be obtained on Study Days 1, 5, 10, and 14 for safety chemistry and hematology labs and for Cytomegalovirus (CMV) viral loads. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) viral load will be followed as well on Study Days 21 and 42 to assess for rebound in Cytomegalovirus (CMV) following cessation of letermovir treatment on Study Day 14. Saliva and urine viral loads will be followed at these timepoint as well. Full pharmacokinetics (PK) profiles for both letermovir and ganciclovir will be obtained on Study Day 10. In addition, sparse pharmacokinetics (PK) sampling will be obtained on Study Days 1, 5, and 14. Adverse events will be assessed at each study visit during treatment, and at Study Days 21 and 42 (4 weeks after the last study drug dose). Subjects then will continue on oral valganciclovir as routine clinical care to complete an anticipated 6 month duration of total therapy. This study will collect information from participants with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) as they use the drug elafibranor in real world setting. PBC is a progressive rare liver disease in which tubes in the liver called bile ducts are damaged. The liver damage in PBC may lead to scarring (cirrhosis). PBC may also be associated with multiple symptoms. Many participants with PBC may require liver transplant or may die if the disease progresses and a liver transplant is not done. In this study the main aim is to observe the effectiveness, safety and tolerability of elafibranor in participants with PBC who are receiving treatment in real world setting. This clinical trial is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of the triplet combination of trastuzumab deruxtecan (ENHERTU, T-DXd, DS-8201a) plus a fluoropyrimidine plus pembrolizumab versus standard of care (SoC) chemotherapy plus trastuzumab plus pembrolizumab as first-line therapy in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive tumor PD-L1 CPS ≥1 gastric or GEJ cancer in the Main Cohort. An Exploratory Cohort will also be evaluated to assess the efficacy and safety of T-DXd plus a fluoropyrimidine versus SoC chemotherapy plus trastuzumab in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive tumor PD-L1 CPS \<1 gastric or GEJ cancer.
