This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multinational, multicenter, parallel-group, Phase 3, 2-arm, study will investigate the efficacy and safety of belumosudil compared with placebo, both administered on top of azithromycin and standard-of-care regimen of immunosuppression in male or female participants at least 1 year after bilateral lung transplant, who are at least 18 years of age and who have evidence of progressive CLAD despite azithromycin therapy. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 31 weeks for participants not entering the open-label extension (OLE) period and up to 57 weeks for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. The treatment duration will be up to 26 weeks for participants not entering the OLE period and up to 52 weeks for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. The number of visits will be up to 10 visits for participants not entering the OLE period and up to 16 visits for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. For participants who enter the long-term OLE, treatment and study participation will continue with visits every 12 weeks per protocol specifications. Read Less

The study is being done to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat participants living with heart failure and inflammation. Participants will either get ziltivekimab (active medicine) or placebo (inactive substance that looks like the study medicine but does not contain any medicine). The treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participant's chance of getting ziltivekimab or placebo is the same. Ziltivekimab is not yet approved in any country or region in the world. This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. Another separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent venetoclax. This phase I/II trial studies how well tiragolumab and atezolizumab works when given to children and adults with SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficient tumors that have either come back (relapsed) or do not respond to therapy (refractory). SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficiency means that tumor cells are missing the SMARCB1 and SMARCA4 genes, seen with some aggressive cancers that are typically hard to treat. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tiragolumab and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of LOXO-435 by itself or when it is combined with other standard medicines that treat cancer. LOXO-435 may be used to treat cancer of the cells that line the urinary system and other solid tumor cancers that have a change in a particular gene (known as the FGFR3 gene). This phase III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy to immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) versus immunotherapy alone in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This study will look at how well a new medicine called NNC0519-0130 helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. The study will test up to 7 different doses of NNC0519-0130. Which treatment participant will get is decided by chance. Participants will take 1-3 injections once a week. This phase III trial tests whether adding trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-oysk (Herceptin Hylecta \[TM\]) or pertuzumab, trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-zzxf (Phesgo \[TM\]) to the usual chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) works to shrink tumors in patients with HER2 positive endometrial cancer. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are monoclonal antibodies and forms of targeted therapy that attach to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab or pertuzumab attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Hyaluronidase is an endoglycosidase. It helps to keep pertuzumab and trastuzumab in the body longer, so that these medications will have a greater effect. Hyaluronidase also allows trastuzumab and trastuzumab/pertuzumab to be given by injection under the skin and shortens their administration time compared to trastuzumab or pertuzumab alone. Paclitaxel is a taxane and in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Giving Herceptin Hylecta or Phesgo in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin may shrink the tumor and prevent the cancer from coming back in patients with HER2 positive endometrial cancer. This trial will look at a drug called SEA-CD70 with and without azacitidine, to find out if it is safe for participants with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It will study SEA-CD70 to find out what its side effects are and if it works for AML and MDS. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. This study will have seven groups or "parts." * Part A will find out how much SEA-CD70 should be given to participants * Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-CD70 is and if it works to treat participants with MDS. * Part C will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-CD70 is and if it works to treat participants with AML. * Part D will find out how much SEA-CD70 with azacitidine should be given to participants * Part E will use the dose found in Part D to find out how safe SEA-CD70 with azacitidine is and if it works to treat participants with MDS or MDS/AML that has not been treated. * Part F will use the dose found in Part D to find out how safe SEA-CD70 with azacitidine is and if it works to treat participants with MDS or MDS/AML. * Part G will find out how much SEA-CD70 with azacitidine and with venetoclax should be given to participants with AML. Also, to evaluate safety and tolerability of PF-08046040 in combination with azacitidine and venetoclax in participants with previously untreated AML who are unfit for standard induction chemotherapy.
