This is a phase I, open-label, study of BP1001-A in participants with advanced or recurrent solid tumors. The dose escalation phase will determine the safety and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) of BP1001-A as a single agent. After the MTD or MAD of BP1001-A is established, the dose expansion phase will commence and determine the safety, toxicity and response of BP1001-A in combination with paclitaxel. Read Less

This study is researching an investigational drug, called BNT116, in combination with cemiplimab. BNT116 and cemiplimab will each be called a "study drug", and together be called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aims of this study are to see how safe and tolerable BNT116 is in combination with cemiplimab and to see how effective BNT116 in combination with cemiplimab is compared to cemiplimab by itself at treating cancer. The goal of this study is to test A2B530,an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors that express CEA and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of azenosertib in combination with trastuzumab deruxtecan in treating patients with HER2-positive and cyclin E amplified gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer and other HER2-positive solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced), that have spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Azenosertib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It inhibits a protein called Wee1. Inhibition of the Wee1 protein can make tumor cells more vulnerable to chemotherapy drugs, leading to tumor cell death. Trastuzumab deruxtecan is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is composed of a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called deruxtecan. Trastuzumab attaches to HER2 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers deruxtecan to kill them. Giving azenosertib in combination with trastuzumab deruxtecan may be safe, tolerable, and/or more effective in treating patients with locally advanced, metastatic, or unresectable HER2-positive gastric, gastroesophageal junction, or other solid tumors, compared to just trastuzumab deruxtecan alone. This phase II trial studies how well olaparib with cediranib or AZD6738 works in treating patients with germline BRCA mutated breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic). This phase III trial studies how well nivolumab and ipilimumab works with or without local consolidation therapy in treating patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Local consolidation therapy, such as surgery or radiation therapy, may improve survival outcomes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. It is not yet known whether giving nivolumab and ipilimumab with local consolidation therapy works better than nivolumab and ipilimumab alone in treating patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. This phase III trial compares the effectiveness of fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS) to usual care stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) in treating patients with cancer that has spread from where it first started to the brain. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. FSRS delivers a high dose of radiation to the tumor over 3 treatments. SRS is a type of external radiation therapy that uses special equipment to position the patient and precisely give a single large dose of radiation to a tumor. FSRS may be more effective compared to SRS in treating patients with cancer that has spread to the brain. Read Less
