Genomic Biomarker-Selected Umbrella Neoadjuvant Study for High Risk Localized Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
The objective of this study is to see if providing an appropriate therapy based on the genomic testing of prostate tumour tissue will result in an improved clinical response.
Each participant will be treated with 8 weeks of a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist (LHRHa) plus apalutamide (APA) while genome sequence characterization is being done. Participants with biopsy specimens deemed unevaluable for genomic testing will remain on LHRHa plus APA for an additional 16 weeks.

This trial studies how well fecal microbiota transplantation works in treating diarrhea or colitis (inflammation of the intestines) that is caused by certain types of medications (called immune-checkpoint inhibitors) in patients with genitourinary cancer. Fecal microbiota transplantation may effectively reduce the incidence of immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced diarrhea/colitis.

This research is being done to determine the efficacy of selpercatinib to restore radioactive iodine (I-131 NaI) uptake and allow for I-131 treatment in people with RET fusion-positive radioiodine-refractory thyroid cancer.

A Trial of AMXI-5001 for Treatment in Patients With Advanced Malignancies

ATLAS-101 is a Phase I/II clinical trial of AMXI-5001 in adult participants with advanced malignancies who have previously failed other therapies. The study has two phases.
