This study will include patients with invasive cervical cancer that wish to keep their fertility as much as possible in the future after treatment. Patients who receive surgery alone may experience long-term side effects including infertility. The purpose of this research study is to determine whether giving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery can maintain fertility in patients with invasive cervical cancer. The neo-adjuvant chemotherapy will consist of a platinum-based chemotherapy drug cisplatin or carboplatin, with a chemotherapy drug called paclitaxel. This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label study of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) at 150 kHz to the thorax using the NovoTTF-200T System with IV pembrolizumab in subjects previously untreated for advanced or metastatic, PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary objective is to evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) by RECIST 1.1 in subjects with TPS ≥1 percent, 1L metastatic/current advanced NSCLC treated with TTFields concomitant with pembrolizumab compared to those treated with pembrolizumab alone. The trial aims to investigate the use of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles as a tracer for delayed sentinel lymph node dissection (d-SLND) in patients where upfront axillary surgery (SLND) is oncologically deemed unnecessary and should be avoided. This includes but is not limited to patients with a preoperative diagnosis of ductal cancer in situ of the breast (DCIS), an unclear BIRADS 4-5 planned for diagnostic excision or women planned for risk reducing mastectomy. This phase II trial studies how well an exercise program and continuous Fitbit monitoring work for managing metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease risk in patients with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or has come back (recurrent) and does not response to treatment (refractory) and are receiving androgen deprivation therapy. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) beyond Milan Criteria (MC) who are transplant-eligible will be treated with 6 months of neoadjuvant/downstaging atezolizumab plus bevacizumab while receiving standard of care transarterial chemoembolization (TACE).
