The trial aims to investigate the use of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles as a tracer for delayed sentinel lymph node dissection (d-SLND) in patients where upfront axillary surgery (SLND) is oncologically deemed unnecessary and should be avoided. This includes but is not limited to patients with a preoperative diagnosis of ductal cancer in situ of the breast (DCIS), an unclear BIRADS 4-5 planned for diagnostic excision or women planned for risk reducing mastectomy. This phase II trial studies how well an exercise program and continuous Fitbit monitoring work for managing metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease risk in patients with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or has come back (recurrent) and does not response to treatment (refractory) and are receiving androgen deprivation therapy. Balancing treatment efficacy, drug side effects, and competing comorbidities with prostate cancer is essential. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) beyond Milan Criteria (MC) who are transplant-eligible will be treated with 6 months of neoadjuvant/downstaging atezolizumab plus bevacizumab while receiving standard of care transarterial chemoembolization (TACE).
