Sorafenib Induced Autophagy Using Hydroxychloroquine in Hepatocellular Cancer
Recruiting
The PI is studying if sorafenib/hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) will have improved efficacy when compared to sorafenib alone and in patients progressing of sorafenib the addition of HCQ would lead to disease stability in patients with advanced hepatocellular cancer (HCC).

Crizotinib in Treating Patients With Stage IB-IIIA Non-small Cell Lung Cancer That Has Been Removed by Surgery and ALK Fusion Mutations (An ALCHEMIST Treatment Trial)
Recruiting
This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-sma... Read More

CD40 Agonist, Flt3 Ligand, and Chemotherapy in Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Recruiting
This research study is being done to find out if the immunotherapy drugs called CDX-301 and CDX-1140 in combination with the standard chemotherapy treatment pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD, Doxil) are safe and effective at controlling the cancer in patients with metastatic triple negative breast cancer, and to determine a safe dose and treatment schedule of the three drugs. This research study will also test how these treatments improve your body's immune response against the cancer.

First-in-human Study of DS-1062a for Advanced Solid Tumors (TROPION-PanTumor01)
Recruiting
This study is one single group of participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been cured by other treatments. It is the first time the drug has been used in humans. There will be two parts and a sub-study. The primary purpose of the parts are: Dose Escalation: To investigate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of DS-1062a Dose Expansion: To investigate the safety and tolerability of DS-... A Performance Evaluation Study of Arquer's MCM5 Elisa Test (ADXBLADDER) to Aid in the Monitoring of Recurrence in Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer
Recruiting
The objective of this prospective, multi-centre study is to evaluate the performance of ADXBLADDER, a urine MCM5 ELISA test, as an aid in the detection of bladder cancer recurrence. Patients undergoing cystoscopic surveillance in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) follow-up will be recruited and asked to provide a urine sample to be tested with ADXBLADDER. To assess the diagnostic accuracy of the test, the MCM5 results will be compared with the gold standard cystoscopy and pathology of r... Read More

Recruiting
eRapa (encapsulated rapamycin) will be investigated for secondary prevention in patients with diagnosed non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) through a phase II double-blind randomized controlled trial of long-term (one year) prevention with eRapa versus placebo. The primary hypothesis is that eRapa decreases the risk of cancer relapse for patients with NMIBC.
