The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of a new study medicine called PF-08046032, when taken alone and when taken with another medicine called sasanlimab, for the treatment of advanced cancers. The effects are studied in adult participants with certain types of lymphomas or solid tumors that are advanced or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body). The study has three parts: * Part A will test PF-08046032 alone at increasing dose levels in participants with certain lymphomas (cancer that begins in cells of the immune system) and in participants with certain solid tumors whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. * Part B will test PF-08046032 (at selected doses) and sasanlimab in participants with certain solid tumors, including those whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments as well as participants before receiving standard treatments. * Part C will further test the combination of PF-08046032 and sasanlimab in participants with specific types of solid tumors based on the results from Part A and Part B of the study. All participants will receive the study drug PF-08046032. Only participants in Part B and Part C of the study will also receive sasanlimab. PF-08046032 will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion, which means it will be injected directly into a vein. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) as a monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab,. Bevacizumab is an approved product, while Budigalimab and Azirkitug (ABBV-514) are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) in monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab. Approximately 512 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive Azirkitug (ABBV-514) as a monotherapy or in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This early phase oncology trial will be conducted at various study centers to investigate the safety, tolerability, and antitumor activity of STC-15 (a METTL3 inhibitor) in combination with toripalimab (anti- programmed cell death 1 \[PD-1\]) in four different locally advanced unresectable or metastatic tumors such as indications: (1) in combination with toripalimab (anti- programmed cell death 1 \[PD-1\]) in locally advanced and unresectable or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), (2) in combination with toripalimab in locally advanced unresectable or metastatic melanoma, (3) in combination with toripalimab in locally advanced unresectable or metastatic endometrial cancers, and (4) in combination with toripalimab in locally advanced or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This study comprises of 2 parts: a combination dose escalation part (Phase 1b) followed by an assessment of the combination treatment's antitumor activity (Phase 2). This is an adaptive Phase 2, open-label, randomized, multi-center study evaluating up to 2 regimens of PCS6422 with capecitabine (Cap) vs. standard dose of Cap alone in patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The goal of the study is to assess the efficacy and safety of PCS6422 + Cap as a treatment option for patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are not eligible for anthracycline- or taxane-containing therapies, or other available therapies, including PD-1 or PARP inhibitors. This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V alone and with pembrolizumab in participants with solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This study will have five parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046054/SGN- PDL1V should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in Parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers. This research study is being done to find out if the immunotherapy drugs called CDX-301 and CDX-1140 in combination with the standard chemotherapy treatment pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD, Doxil) are safe and effective at controlling the cancer in patients with metastatic triple Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer, and to determine a safe dose and treatment schedule of the three drugs.
