National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive Kidney Diseases* Share Plus: Continuous Glucose Monitoring With Data Sharing in Older Adults With Type 1 Diabetes* and Their Care Partners to Improve Time in Range and Reduce Diabetes Distress.
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the Share plus intervention aimed at improving the use of data sharing between people with diabetes and their care partners in order to maximize the benefits of continuous glucose monitoring. Hypothesis: Compared to the control group, persons with diabetes enrolled in the Share plus intervention group will experience clinically significant improvements in time-in-range (TIR) (>5%) at 12- and 24-weeks into the study, and improvement on diabetes distress. Care... Read More

Ramucirumab Plus Pembrolizumab vs Usual Care for Treatment of Stage IV or Recurrent Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Following Immunotherapy, Pragmatica-Lung Study
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of the combination of ramucirumab and pembrolizumab versus standard of care chemotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may in... Read More

Study to Test AKR1C3-Activated Prodrug OBI-3424 (OBI-3424) in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL)
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well OBI-3424 works in treating patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not response to treatment (refractory). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as OBI-3424, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. OBI-3424 may reduce the amount of leukemia in the body.

Risk of Recurrent CeAD After Pregnancy
Recruiting
Primary objective: To determine whether pregnancy increases the risk of recurrent CeAD and delayed stroke in women with prior CeAD based on long-term data. Methods: Multicentric, observational case-control study based on pooled individual patient data from several stroke centers. Primary endpoint: Primary composite outcome measure includes the following outcomes: (i) occurrence of recurrent CeAD, (ii) occurrence of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, (iii) death.

ETNA-MS Device Validation Study
Recruiting
The overarching goal of this research protocol is to validate the effectiveness of Innodem's ETNA-MS device in informing clinicians on the disability status of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients. Effectiveness of the device will be assessed by the level of agreement between the EDSS estimated by the device and the actual scores measured by the neurologist in-person assessments.

Comparing High-Dose Cisplatin Every Three Weeks to Low-Dose Cisplatin Weekly When Combined With Radiation for Patients With Advanced Head and Neck Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial compares the effect of the combination of high-dose cisplatin every three weeks and radiation therapy versus low-dose cisplatin weekly and radiation therapy for the treatment of patients with locoregionally advanced head and neck cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
