The goal of this Phase 3 clinical trial is study the safety and efficacy of the nextgen anti-CTLA-4 antibody, gotistobart (ONC-392/BNT316), in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have disease progressed on anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody based therapy. The study will test whether gotistobart, in comparison with chemotherapy agent docetaxel, could prolong the life for NSCLC patients. Consuming a carbohydrate-rich food as the final food in a meal, as compared to the first food in a meal, has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels after eating in both diabetes patients and in healthy controls. However, gaps remain in the literature in this area of research, and currently little is known about how substrate (fuel) use is impacted by altering food order. In addition, most studies to date have used a mix of meat and plant foods, while little research has focused exclusively on vegetarian foods. The incidence of moderate to severe congenital heart disease (CHD) in the United States is estimated to be 6 per 1000 live-born full term infants. Recent advances in pediatric cardiology, surgery and critical care have significantly improved the survival rates of patients with CHD leading to an increase in prevalence in both children and adults. Children with CHD significant enough to require cardiac surgery frequently also undergo non-cardiac surgical procedures. Analysis of the Pediatric Health Information System database between 2004 and 2012 demonstrated that 41% of children who had undergone surgery to correct CHD in the first year of life also underwent at least one non-cardiac surgery by age 5. With this increased demand for non-cardiac procedures, anesthesiologists, pediatricians and other healthcare providers will encounter patients with repaired or unrepaired CHD and other cardiac diseases in their practice. However, the information provided by national databases lack granularity and the information from single institutional data is limited. This project aims to address this knowledge gap in quantifying the risk for cardiac patients coming for noncardiac procedures and identify the health care resource utilization and system to best care for this patient population. To conduct this study, we will create a multi-institutional collaboration between large and small centers to create a unique dataset spanning all the different variables that need to be considered in risk prediction for these patients including patient variables, hospital setting, and providers. This clinical trial tests different programs to help patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) remember to take their medications during maintenance therapy at home. One problem with ALL maintenance treatment is remembering to take medicines at home like patients are supposed to. In maintenance, a medicine called 6-mercaptopurine or "6MP" is taken by mouth every day at home. In this study, 6MP prescriptions are filled into a special medication bottle called MEMS® which is fitted with a special cap called TrackCap™ that electronically records when the medication bottle is opened. Researchers are trying a new program to help patients be better at taking their 6MP like they're supposed to. This new program may help patients to remember to take their 6MP medication. Read Less
