B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cell (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The combination of epcoritamab with anti-neoplastic agents will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on eligibility. Approximately 394 adult participants with NHL will be enrolled in 100 sites globally. In both the dose escalation and dose expansion arms participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) epcoritamab in 28-day or 21 day cycles dependent on the arm in combination with the anti-neoplastic agents described below: 1: Oral lenalidomide in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2: Oral ibrutinib and oral lenalidomide in participants with with R/R DLBCL; 3: Intravenous (IV) polatuzumab vedotin, IV rituximab, IV cyclophosphamide, IV doxorubicin hydrochloride (HCl), and oral prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in participants with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve DLBCL; 4: Oral CC-99282 in participants with R/R DLBCL; 5: Oral CC-99282 in participants with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL); 6A: Oral ibrutinib in participants with R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); 6B: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in participants with R/R MCL; 7: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in participants with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve MCL. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07220060 and PF-07104091) in people with breast cancer. This clinical study consists of 2 parts (part 1 and part 2). In part 1, we are seeking participants who: Have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer (BC) of either types: Have HR+, HER2- BC Refractory HR-positive/HER2-positive BC Have other solid tumors other than BC In part 2, we are seeking participants who: -Have HR-positive/HER2-negative BC Part 1 will include increasing doses of PF-07220060 with PF-07104091. In part 2, participants will take 1 of 2 study medicine combinations. This will help us decide the highest amount of study medicines that can be safety given to people. All participants in this study will receive PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 by mouth. We will compare participant experiences to help us determine if PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 2 years. During this time, they will receive the study medicine, an x-ray imaging, and will be observed for safety and effects of the study medicines. Read Less

This is a Phase III, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter, study evaluating the efficacy and safety of adjuvant giredestrant compared with endocrine therapy of physician's choice in participants with medium- and high-risk Stage I-III histologically confirmed estrogen receptor (ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative early breast cancer. This study seeks to determine the effectiveness of speech/language teletherapy to address disparities in speech and language outcomes in children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing (D/HH). The investigators will enroll D/HH children aged 0-27 months. 140 children who are publicly insured will be randomized to receive usual clinical care or to be given access to an 18-month course of speech-language teletherapy program. 70 children who are privately insured will also be enrolled and will receive usual care. Children will undergo, at baseline and every 9 months thereafter to a study endpoint of 18 months, for a total of 3 timepoints, a battery of in-person and parent-report assessments designed to provide a comprehensive measurement of the child's auditory function, speech, verbal- and non-verbal communication, spoken language, and quality of life. The study is a global, multi-center safety and efficacy trial of epcoritamab, an antibody also known as EPKINLY™ and GEN3013 (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20). Epcoritamab will either be studied as: Monotherapy, or Combination therapy: epcoritamab + venetoclax epcoritamab + lenalidomide epcoritamab + R-CHOP (i.e., rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine and prednisone). The study includes patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (R/R CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and patients with Richter's Syndrome (RS). Study participants with R/R CLL/SLL are treated either with epcoritamab as monotherapy or epcoritamab + venetoclax. Study participants with RS are treated either with epcoritamab as monotherapy or epcoritamab + lenalidomide or epcoritamab + R-CHOP. The trial consists of two parts, a dose-escalation phase (phase Ib) and an expansion phase (phase II). Patients with RS are only included in the expansion phase. Read Less
