This clinical trial studies disparities involving colorectal cancer prevention and screening in Black and underserved communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The Black community is disproportionately impacted by colorectal cancer, with the highest rate of any racial/ethnic group in the United States. There are complex reasons behind these disparities, largely related to socioeconomic factors and healthcare access. Providing access to free, home-based fecal immunochemical testing (FIT), colorectal screening education, and appropriate follow-up to predominantly Black community-based organizations and underserved communities may help to close this gap. The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects, safety and how PF-06823859 is processed in adults with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) showing some skin symptoms. This study is seeking for participants who: * are adults of 18 years of age or older. * are confirmed to have CLE or SLE with involvement of the skin. * have a Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index activity (CLASI-A) score of at least 8. About 48 participants will be selected to receive active study medicine (PF-06823859) or placebo (an infusion without drug). About 32 are grouped to receive the active study medicine and 16 are to receive placebo. They will be receiving the treatments by intravenous infusion (injected directly into the veins). At week 16 all participants receiving the active study drug since day 1 and participants who have received placebo since day 1 and are not responding clinically will receive active study medication. Patients who have received placebo since Day 1 and who have had a clinical response will continue to receive placebo till week 40. All participants will have last follow-up visit at Week 60. The study will compare participants receiving PF-06823859 to participants who receive placebo. This will help us see if PF-06823859 is safe and effective to treat CLE or SLE with skin symptoms and improve participant's CLASI-A score. Participants will take part in this study for about 65 weeks. This includes up to a 5-week selection period, a 12-week Q4Wk treatment period, a 36-week Q8Wk treatment period, and a 12-week follow-up period. Read Less

This clinical trial evaluates the use of cytosponge, a minimally invasive collection device, for the detection of Barrett's esophagus (BE) in patients undergoing endoscopy. Non-endoscopic swallowable encapsulate sponge cell collection devices combined with markers for BE/esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) detection are a guideline-endorsed alternative to endoscopy for BE screening. The Oncoguard registered trademark Esophagus test (OGE) test uses esophageal cytology specimens collected with a minimally invasive, non-endoscopic, encapsulated sponge sampling device to identify BE/EAC biomarkers that indicate whether a patient should undergo diagnostic endoscopy. The OGE test is a simple and cost effective screening method that may lower barriers to widespread adoption of BE screening in at risk patients, resulting in increased and earlier detection of BE/EAC. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of WSD0922-FU for the treatment of glioblastoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the central nervous system (central nervous system metastases). WSD0922-FU is a targeted treatment which blocks the EGFR protein - a strategy that has led to a lot of benefit in patients with many different cancers. The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the clinical response to a drug combination type of polypill in patients with AD after 180 days of treatment. The anticipated study population are males and females aged 50-85 years with mild to severe Alzheimer's Disease. The duration of individual patient participation will be approximately 224 Days: up to 14 days for Screening, 180 days for study drug administration, and a final follow-up visit at 210 days. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (primary endpoint). Study details include: The study duration will be up to 36 weeks (for participants not entering the LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]). The screening period will be 2 to 4 weeks. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of selinexor and carfilzomib when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as selinexor and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Carfilzomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving selinexor, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone may be a better treatment for multiple myeloma. Read Less
